This is my second time staying here. The first time was amazing. Room, free breakfast, and room amenities! This time around....dirty room!! I dont care how my room look if its clean. I called the front desk to have my bathroom clean for in the morning. No show!! I'm very DISAPPOINTED! I will not stay here again! No one called to make me I will adjustments or anything. Next time I'll stay next door at the Sonesta Suites!

Very nice cozy little spot. Love how they're more like little alcoves rather than a regular hawthorn suites. Could tell management was newer and had recently taken over, however based on previous reviews I would definitely say the new owners are doing a great job! Breakfast was pretty good as well, honestly alot better than I was prepared for. I would make another stop here for a night or two anytime!

I checked in around 8pm one night. When I arrived to the room the tub was rusted out and there were dirty towels balled up in the closet. The next morning the lady at the front desk showed me another room, this room had crumbs all over the table and this tub was also rusted out. My instinct was to check out and i still stayed because they had already charged me. They also charged me for additional days without my permission. That night that same lady was sitting outside the office smoking and yelled to me, could i go to the store and get her some cigarettes. The breakfast was about the best thing i experienced. If you are traveling i would make this place a last resort!!

They have really gone downhill I will never stay there again. The so called hot breakfast was pretty cold and the room was pretty bad too. We a broken step a hole in the floor covered with carpet and mold in on of the bathrooms to name a few.

I did not enjoy my stay at Hawthorne Suites. The bathroom smelled very strongly of urine, the shower was rusted and very old. Everything about the hotel is outdated and dirty. There were dirty dishes in the oven, hair in the shower and on the bed. Also, there was no parking directly in front of our unit so we had to walk through a flooded walkway with luggage to get to the car. I would not recommend.

It was pretty good! The customer service was fantastic! The breakfast is the one thing I can say is negative about it, they have a Pepsi machine but it's empty during that breakfast. Otherwise it was an excellent hotel! I got a room with a large TV a comfy couch, and bed, a wood fireplace, a kitchen with a stove, toaster, large fridge, and a superb supply of silverware and eating supplies! Would recommend.

Really exciting for smokers like me. Nice short walk to get my smoke on. Nice to have the stairs to sit on while I smoked. Also first hotel I've ever stayed in, where there was a REAL fireplace. No firewood. And the front desk certainly didn't have any. But a real fireplace!!!
The housekeeper who helped me find a second rollie chair, was GREAT, 10 minutes after we arrived. She set the tone of the place beautifully.
Marcus (I think), the overnight desk person, WAS AMAZING!!!! He went ABOVE and BEYOND his duties to help me. If the world had more customer service people like those two employees , I would go out in this world more.
