All I can say is that Lex Hernandez is by far the nicest and most helpful person I have ever dealt with at any Freightliner Dealer. I was speaking with him in regards to a repair order for a mutual customer. He was terrific to explain the estimate and the final invoice. Very helpful and just a very pleasant person!!

The parts person Selena was great. Thought they were going to have to wait till more to get a part transferred from another store but she kept on digging till she found what I needed. Service was able to squeeze me in over night and I am back up and rolling. Wont miss my load appointment so won’t miss my delivery appointment in Nebraska. Thank you all for the great service

All Truck Fleet Collision for Houston Freightliner
Good service. Great parts staff. Best time is between 12am-5am. But the line moves pretty quickly even when it’s long. The line never ends....poor guys behind the counter never get a break. So when the line DOES get short (rarely) they gotta get their break in.

Not professional at all One of the cashiers Alexis H was holding a personal conversation with the other cashier and it's irritating when you're press for time. When I go in I need a part meaning It's critical I get waited on in a timely manner. And these parts can get pricey a simple Thank you after your transaction would be nice.

Be ready to wait in line specially in peak hours, ever since the beginning of 2019 the wait time has improved and they always take the time to make sure you got everything you need. Its always good to call ahead and put items on “Will Call” to make the process faster for everyone.
