Inland Kenworth

Takes too long to get service at Inland Others in Midwest and Northwest are much faster with at least diagnosing within a day or two but Inland takes a week or two! I know covid and shortage of tech have been a problem but it's been several years now and we are paying premium rate and time/life waiting to get these overly sensitive trucks back for sensors and minor issues that could've been addressed within 1 hour of arrival. Maybe an express diagnostics bay that can screen out serious and minor issues would be better than herding everyone like cattle waiting for slaughter one bay at a time. Something more caring and creative than just taking truck for a week and charging 1600 for a clogged fuel filter and batteries. Staff is great, Tim was cool but we were told that they would work on it last week then Saturday weekend and but Inland was closed. The easier route of abusing clients reliance and dependence instead of properly managing serious and minor issues, addressing them appropriately like a hospital or a more professional and responsible entity is the direction Inland is heading. We had another similar issue and lost 2 weeks becuase of a pd box and 3 hours of work. Truck broke down 1000 miles later because they had misdiagnosed and the DPG P3880 code was not addressed, de rating truck and forcing a tow. If PACCAR and Kenwroth can't backup their products and work then they don't deserve our business. Weeks down for one minor issue is very damaging specially when nothing else is being done on unit while sitting.

I bought my last three trucks here within one and I get all my service work done Parts purchase they do great work Tim and the service manager are great people always see that my trucks well taken care of I'm very pleased with the work

Inland Kenworth was very helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and caring of our situation and getting us back on the road. The service writers Tim and Brandon are very helpful and they also know how to lighten the blow of being broke down. Also, James the part's Manger is very helpful and we appreciate him for helping us with a part issue in a timely manner. If you need help and you're in the Tucson area, Inland Kenworth is worth the stop. The restrooms and drivers lounge are very clean,, They have washer and dryer for your convenience. And the have a hotel (Best Western) with great rates and a shuttle to and from . Thanks Inland Kenworth for everything you

Worst place for oil change they take 4 hours for oil change and look in pics, what they did with my brand new W990 truck, fuel leaking, service guy left engine oil cap loose, fuel filter gasket put in wrong side, I went to TA El Paso they fix everything ....👎👎👎 don’t waste your money

I like the place. I don't like that parts never really has anything when you need it. As Tucson being in the center with a huge trucking community all around Tucson, like Nogales, Willcox, CasaGrande etc...it should be well stocked. Waiting times is understandable sometimes but it is not understandable sometimes.

This is a kenworth parts house and nothing more. On a hot summer Saturday mornings, when my AC stopped working while driving through the deserts of the southwest, this shop, with is many service bays offers none. They are not very helpful. Myself and four other drivers were parked on the outside working on there own trucks, while those worthless explatives inside had McDonnalds.

I had a truck in there on May 15th for pushing coolant out. They replaced the radiator cap. Went from Tucson to Nogales to load, made it back thru Tucson and east to Benson, same problem. Got it back to them Monday afternoon and for the rest of the week it sat there. They kept telling me they were diagnosing the problem and had to get Paccar involved. Finally on Thursday after calling in the morning and they're pulling off the EGR cooler to test it, Thursday afternoon it still wasn't off. I called BS on the supposed repair and finally got the guy in service to admit they were working on other trucks that'd been there longer waiting for parts. I sent a rental truck on a tow truck to get it back home. The truck arrived at KW dealership in Omaha at noon, I was just called with a diagnosis and it wasn't the cooler. I'll never go to Inland Kenworth in Tucson again. To bad I can't do ZERO stars

The truck stayed there for almost 2 weeks and before the truck went to them I cleaned the truck, but last week when we got the truck at our yard it was a mess and I don't know who took my keychain but wasn't there anymore and some other thin that we have there, the bed was dirty the two of them that one in bottom and the one on top it salsa on it , salsa that we use but I don't know what someone was doing there, they not supposed to be there in the sleeperberth, the driver seat was dirty and damaged more than before , maybe this person was standing on the seat maybe looking for something, I don't know but it was really disappointing, this person even took the part that we use to hold our GPS

Brandon and Tim r the best. I have literally dragged my truck 1000 miles injured so my work is done here. This shop is the only shop I trust to keep my running on the road. Whether it's rebuilding a rear end or the motor or just an oil change, I know it's gonna b done right. I can park it and go home and relax.
