Called them to get a tow. They were there right away and had the truck to my house very quick. Will use them again if need a tow

Troney Small for Jerry's Towing
As a truck driver it gets hard and today I had one of the worse days of my truck driving life ever. At least it appeared that way until I called on Jerry’s towing services to help come get me off the side of the road. It was the first time I had a tow service come pick me up in under an hour. When they got me and my truck to the shop service they connected me with one the nicest people I have ever met (Colin). Colin gave me a ride to my hotel, made sure I got the truckers discount on my room and made sure I had a great meal. He did not have to do those things but he did and didn’t ask for anything in return, he just wanted to represent his company well and he went above and beyond. I honestly was having a horrible day until I called on Jerry’s tow service and I am glad I did.

My two little kids and I were in a pretty scary accident just off of exit 10 (near Jerry's towing). Airbags had deployed. The driver's name was Ric, I think. He was very kind and caring. He talked to my kiddos and tried to stay upbeat for them. Asked them what music they liked to play on the radio. The obvious answer was baby shark. Lol. He also told my 6 year old to watch him load the van on the tow truck and to make sure he did it right. When we arrived at Jerry's towing, he told the kids he would show them a really BIG tow truck and he drove us right by it. There were cupcakes and candy in the office and told the kids they could have some. I couldn't have asked for better service on a terrifying morning. Thank you, Ric! (And Jerry's).

These guys are the best! Showed up quickly, knew exactly what he was doing and gave us the best possible service. I highly recommend Jerry’s!

The young man Travis who came to help us out when we noticed our keys were in our locked Edge on the console.😬 he came quickly, was polite and professional. We are so thankful for his help in this matter. I made it to my appointment on time. Thank you Jerry’s towing truly would recommend your service to family and friends. 😊
