I visit this store frequently. Some visits are better than others. I appreciate the staff members David Hector y Jerónimo who are always very helpful. Some cashiers are friendly but most are not. Overall I like the store most of the times it has what I need

Attention everyone, I have been to thisrestaurant depot between 1200 and 1500 times and today is the first time ever that I walk in at 5:56 PM and someone is yelling at me that it is closed. Someone walked in next to me and disregarded them and kept walking all the way through, out of respect I mentioned that it is not 6 o’clock yet and walked in. As I was checking out at 6:07 PM with my products there was over 25 customers still throughout the facility. If you close before 6 PM please just list that correctly so that the consumers are aware of what’s going on so we don’t drive all the way here for nothing. Coming during traffic is not fun and honestly the big boss is not here right now and I am sure if he saw that he would not have allowed it.

Delivered a load there. Very tight space too backup. I had a 9 am appointment got in the door at 12 with 2 more deliveries in the day by 6 pm. Very frustrating for drivers. Not worth the hassle of city driving. OTR reject the load if you can.

Rude, lazy, bored. Why do you set delivery apointments if you can't keep them ? Very tight for a sleeper. If you get a load delivering here just cancel it, its not worth the trouble. Receiving employees are 0.

They get two stars because the dock sucks. They can't help the dock, but they can help having 53' reefers sent here for what amounts to a quantity of merchandise that would fit on a pup trailer or (heavens forfend) an actual straight truck, which is what the dock seems designed for. Please, stop being so cheap and pay for a "last mile" service. Or, if you'd rather remain cheap (I totally understand in this economy), please consider requiring drivers to disconnect their tractors from the trailer and park on the street (not across from the docks) while unloading. That would be a *HUGE* help!
The only reason the rating was so high is the other drivers here really helped me get into here.
If my company ever sends me here again, I'll quit. Period.

For trucks with a 53 foot trailer it is difficult to back to a dock maybe impossible if you are trying to back between two trucks. I was lucky and I got to back to the first door so there wasn’t a truck on my left. Even so I had to drive up on the sidewalk on the other side of the street. Fortunately the fire hydrant was in front of door two and not in front of door one.

Young Hispanic kid who works the seafood department is consistently rude and short with me and other customers. I’ve complained to management but I guess they don’t care. Other restaurant depot locations have much nicer staff.

Terribly organized. They are always out of things and NO ONE seems to know when or if they will getting any in. It takes forever to get any kind of help. Orders are NEVER ready for pickup on time and once again NO ONE seems to know where orders are at times. They send you whatever they want, even though the list specifies what you want and need. I used to love going there because of the convenience, but lately quality and service has gone down even more they already were. Don't understand the need for attitude from most of the cashiers or people behind the front desks. More Amazon for business orders for me!

Great variety of foods and restaurant needs. The customer service is up one day and down the next...The cashiers seem over-worked! Love all that they have available especially when they have clearance items. Don't know at times, what our catering business would do w/this place! The reason for the (4) stars is the parking lot needs to be bigger...its almost always very crowded w/small spaces.

I was there at 5:30 am, appointment was for 6 am, checked in at 6 am...assigned a dock...unloaded in 30 minutes...there is a lumper fee too! It is tight getting in and out of the docks, especially if there are any other trucks there! Everybody was cordial, and didn't have any problems! I don't know why so many reviewers encountered rude or whatever...maybe it's the way the drivers dressed, or maybe their own attitude got them treated as such...good people here! One more thing...THEY ARE VERY STRICT ABOUT APPOINTMENT TIMES...LATE FEES, ETC...APPLY HERE...SO BE ON TIME!!
