No toalet. Its only one portable potty.
No shower. Only one mobile outside shower with cold water ONLY.
I paided $32 for 24 h, but after 6 hours I must leave, they did not want to reimburse any ammount.
Go there only if you do not have any other choice.

I called them before the arrive there 5 hours ago for ask available parking. They said , what time you will be here we have available space , I said around 10:30 p.m.
I arrived parking lot 10:50 p.m. there was a guy , his name is derrick. He said that , you late and I am off now , if you tip to security guy I can accept you. I said no. And he waited in the his car 10 minutes and told me “now 11:00 p.m. we are close , you can go another parking “

I found this place and felt very safe during my stay, seems like they take great pride in security and getting to know the drivers. 4 stars for the porta John but Great hospitality. Will be back

Each employer apply their own company policy . When i dropped off my truck,they told me to pay at least for 1 day and i paid.3 days later i went to my truck,i asked them i will stay there more days and i askrd if i need to pay or not?(they said it doesn't matter bro do what you want)i paid 3 days. When i want there after 7 days i askrd them again do i need to make payment,they told me whenever you leave you can pay so i didn't pay.today when i go there, i asked them payment.they said if you want you can pay and they charged me $45 more.they said this extra money is late fee and i need to go there for every 48 hours to make payment.when i told them there wasn't late fee before but he said this is my company policy!!!

technically it's impossible to book a spot here. no matter what time of the year you come - no spots are available. I just wonder how the guys who park there get their spots - some kinda mistery 🤦🏻♂️

Safe and secure parking, left my equipment here for 2 weeks over the thankgiving holiday and it was in good hands. Well. Worth the $25 per day. Staff are very pleasant aswell good folks here...give them a try you will like it.

I was pleasantly surprised last night to find this place. Turned out to be the cleanest, safest and easiest secured parking in south Florida. The staff were friendly and inviting and even helped me back in after a long day. I highly recommend anyway seeking shelter and security to spend your money with JMG, it's a decision you can always feel great about. See ya guys soon thanks for a peaceful quiet night of rest.

very good experience, first time here at JMG... as i was coming the 95 south and surching for a SAFE spot to park the Truck, I found this place on GOOGLE and IT IS AS IT'S DESCRIBE ! Lots of place about 50 or more , 1 shower only its clean, Staff amazing (Nestor and Patrick owner) was there to guide us to park as well inform us where to go eat...its a safe area to walk or beach near. Its 25$ a night and in close gate also, they take credit or Cash no EFS card 😑 . And they send u the bill by email and text ! wow very professionel.
We are very happy of the service and surely will come back soon 😁

Well, it is secure and it is close in to the coast if you want to visit. But it's basically a secured parking area nested in a warehouse district. The bathroom is a Porta-Potty and the shower is some kind of free standing unit that I do not plan to venture into. At $25/night I definitely expected more based on the reviews I read. I am not trying to be overly critical just calling it like I see it. I've added a few pics as well.
