Most expensive truck stop in the area. They are charging $5 like late payments starts from next day. Big part of the parking lot on rainy days is flooded. Also tight to park but they helping.

This is by far the worst place to park for a day, $30 dollars it’s pack in like sardined, drivers had to leave key so whichever driver want to leave had to move it. So this morning I had to move another driver’s truck. And most ridiculous part about this place no bathroom it’s portable toilet outside around back in the dark. $30 dollars and that’s what you can provide come on. I been to one in pompano beach it’s much better that’s why you got my business but after this one I won’t be stopping at either location again

Perfect place to park if you need a great night's rest, do a reset, or just park for whatever. They have a shower that's included with parking, and outside toilets so you don't hafta go #2 in your truck. $30 per night plus tax as of January 2022.
Edit: Came back to the area in March 2022 for another delivery and had to do a 34 hour reset. Stayed 4 nights and everyone was still very polite and helpful. One of the staff helped me jump start my truck (I need to get that looked at). This is my #1 spot for parking anytime I come to Miami.

This truck park and it’s staff was a breath of fresh air! After a long week of dealing with all the madness. I contacted a few places to park and could not get anyone. JP answered right away. I like that they have 24hr security so I felt safe. There is also a lot of different places to eat close by. So convenient!! I’m not use to so many options.The part that I love the most was that it was only a mile from the beach. My drop off wasn’t until the morning so I was able to go down to the water and sit on the sand. I definitely would recommend JP to anyone looking For a great and secure truck park.. No question!

Normally when I am in town, I park my truck at a particular truck stop. Unfortunately this time, the lot was full. After a quick search I realized there was a new truck stop in the Aventura area called JP Secure. The truck stop is in a great location (within walking or driving distance to great restaurants, a well-known mall, Walmart, home depot, a casino, the beach, Air B&B/hotels, etc…), monitored by 24hr security guard, and looks large enough to hold around 500 or more trucks. Unlike many other truck stops, this one happens to be owned and operated by a former truck driver who I met. This gave me great assurance that my truck and load would be safe and secure knowing that a former driver and his great staff were looking over my truck and load. This truck stop is unique as it even has a secure parking garage to parking personal car when I am on the road.
