The absolute best people in the industry to work with. Loved the entire experience. Never thought of driving a truck before. So glad I chose this school for my training. Not one bad thing to say. I strongly recommend this school to anyone looking to get their CDL. The school’s reputation itself will open doors for you that genuinely would not be opened with out 6 months to a year of experience that speaks volumes in itself. My wife is going soon and we hope to start teaming after that. I have already landed an awesome job and just awaiting her to get her schooling done. Great school, here you will really learn the basics of driving a truck. Responsible and pleasant staff, everything is accessible and tactfully explained. If your English is far from perfect, this will not be a problem. I recommend to everyone

Great school if you’re looking to get a driving Career started! All instructors are great and teach you everything you need to know to become a good and safe driver! Class wasn’t overcrowded with students so there’s plenty of time for one on one learning with instructors!! Highly recommend choosing this school, best investment I ever made!!

Recently graduated from this school (October 2022) and I must say I really enjoyed my experience. The instructors are well experienced and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure your success. I went into school thinking I'll just do automatic, because manual is too hard. I've never driven a manual transmission in my life, but sure enough, I learned and I passed with manual. My instructor (big shout out to Vinny) helped me succeed. Unlike other trucking schools in the area, the class size is just the right amount. They do not have a ridiculous amount of people waiting to be trained in a truck. I received extensive training which included both yard & road time, with a personal approach. I was able to perfect my maneuvers and pass the road test with flying colors. Special shoutout to Ms. Iraida. She is a wonderful person who was always willing to go the extra mile for the students. She made sure we left with all the necessary tools needed to find a job after graduation. In all, I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to go and get trained to drive a truck. Don't wait any longer, make the move. Trust me, you will not regret it.

When I first came to this school I was nervous and it was all new to me. But the people that work there, their staff instructors, everyone works as a team, and made me feel like family. I knew I was in good hands. It is an awesome environment, everyone is friendly. Great team. Great place. Lots of knowledge. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you for everything.

I recently attended this school back in November of 2021 & I absolutely love it. I got to meet some great people & instructors. When I first went on the road, I went with this great instructor by the name of Avante Jackson. I was having a hard time getting the hang of driving a Semi truck but he made it so much better for me. I remember at times I was getting frustrated but with his professionalism, he made me feel more comfortable & relaxed to drive. That’s one person would never forget because he helped me & motivated me to become a Great Driver. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about getting there CDLS any day.

Excellent school. They teach you what you need to be ready and prepared for a career in trucking. They have great trucks to train and practice with. Avante is great instructor and he is very patient with his students. Also has a lot of knowledge in trucking as well as the other instructors. Wouldn’t recommend another school besides them that teaches you in a short period. Thanks JR Driving school and my instructor Avante.

Glad to say that I’ve enjoyed working with this specific driving school since the start. I would recommend this school 100% if you plan to apply and last but not least, I believe if you set your mind to it then it’s always possible. Thank y’all once and for all !!

Overall great experience while attending JR CDL DRIVING SCHOOL!!!! Great instructors who are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, funny and patient. Mrs. Arida in the office is great as well and very friendly and tries her best to help with finding a job after graduating. The instructors do exactly what is needed to ensure you are prepared to graduate and pass your final test to get your CDL. The best part I liked is the fact that they are so flexible and understanding. Go at your own pace!!! No set schedule or time frame to finish. I started Nov. 2020 and just graduated June 1, 2021. I had to take time off several times because I had a lot going on in life and things just kept coming up. It was no problem, they understood, life happens, and allowed me to do that and just come back when everything was settled and I was ready, with no penalties. I am very grateful that I found this school and decided to enroll. They are truly a blessing. This is the place to go if you want your CDL license!!! 2 thumbs up!!! 😊😊

I really enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Mrs. Romero, Christian, Liz, Frank, Moe, Vinny, Joe and Evan are awesome. They really care about the students and have a true passion for teaching us the right and safe way to maneuver commercial vehicles. I was not only shown how to do it but was given practical cases while driving of things to expect and to look out for when driving. I am really thankful and grateful for all that I have learned. I am also glad that I didn't go anywhere else because I have made lifelong connections with other people who are looking to be excellent drivers in this industry and I will always hold JR Driving School in the highest regard.

GRATE SCHOOL GRATE INSTRUCTORS very detailed and easy place to learn everything you need in getting your CDL. I passed on my first try. No experience in driving such a big truck or manual transmission. Really recommend to anyone who wants to get a CDL

If you are looking for a great CDL school you have found the place. The instructors are awesome and the Owner is very helpful. They have different class times to accommodate folks who work at night or during the day which is very rare to find with CDL schools. They will work with your schedule to ensure you meet all the criteria to successfully test for your license. The atmosphere is also great as they make you feel like family part of the family.
