I had to be towed To JX Peterbilt in Bolingbrook because of the after treatment system on my 579 and they were very nice people. Gave me a estimate time of how long it would be until they could get me into the shop and we’re pretty accurate. As an O/o I stayed in my truck because I have an apu and everything I need. The only thing that I wish that would be taken into consideration; is that if someone is waiting in their truck on you property maybe you should pump them up in line for repair. I only have 1 truck and others in front of me might have several and my repair only took a day of repair. Yes I understand it’s first come first serve but I’m not coming in for preventative maintenance or oil change. Still was pleased with the service and I’m back on the road with no issues at this point. My repair was done on July 19, 2022 .

Zero, zero, zero, they sell remanufactured parts as new, and if the part is bad you file a claim and wait for one to two months for a response, which you are not gonna get, so money down the drain...
As a solution they are suggesting you to buy the same part again in order to have your money back for the previous one. I've bought two set of batteries, for which I didn't get a refund at all.
There was also a guy who was getting a third turbo, first two of them were bad, and finaly the third one was brand new and okay.
I would not buy a pack of gum from them.

WORST DEALER EVER, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
We brought our 579 because we we're having transmission issues they test drove it and the same problem occurred again and they took it in and saw the codes and knew the potential causes and instead of diagnose it they cleared the codes and test drove it and no codes came back so they said everything is good to go and CHARGED US $1,012.81 ONLY FOR THIS.
We picked the truck up and 20 miles down the road same problem occurred, then we took it to TLG Peterbilt in Gary, In (I Would Recommend To Everyone). They took the truck in after few days and found that the gears we're damaged and they fixed it all in a week. SO EVERYBODY STAY FAR AWAY FROM JX PETERBILT, YOU WILL WASTE ALOT OF TIME MONEY.

It took them one week to just diagnose it and 1 month to fix it and then I was told that there's no guarantee And no warranty in labor and service..I would not recommend anybody I would be dishonest if I do so...
And also I had aftermarket warranty that was supposed to cover it but the way they wrote the diagnose made it in invalid so I paid out a pocket...

Worst place to call and get parts. Every time i call have to wait 30-45 minutes on the phone for them to answer. I would suggest not wasting your time and taking your business elsewhere. I only use these guys if i absolutely need to and have no other choice.

Slowest group of mechanics I’ve ever seen. Took two years and 10 visits to finally get the alignment done on the companies lease truck. Definitely wouldn’t lease a truck from them but I guess every stealership is the same...

Good dealer front staff can be a bit quicker I would say. Seems like they doing to many things at once but for most part is ok. Sometimes will point to someone else if not there area of work.
