Been working with Mike and Jory in the shop for some time, even with non Peterbilt trucks, and the service was on point. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out they did mobile work, and I knew I didn't have to monitor the mobile tech's performance when Jory was the onsite mechanic. He's worked on all our trucks; Pete, KW, Freightliner, and Mack. Always top quality work at reasonable prices, even on mobile repair.

Strongly recommend the entire team. They helped me figure out the issue with the truck (the clutch needed to be replaced and i was thinking it might be the transmission). As soon as they got the truck inside they starded to work on it. They have great mechanics and well prepared and polite service advisors who show all their interest in helping their customers. I would strongly recommend the entire team starting with Cody and Aron.

My 2012 Peterbilt 388 with a Paccar engine was towed in because of a emission shutdown. I arrived late at night and woke up the next morning first thing when they opened... I informed JX Peterbilt I was under a load and they put my truck into a bay, immediately starting working on it. The mechanic was well educated on Paccar Engines and kept me up to date on any changes he had found with the truck. I was a day late delivering but the truck ran good, probably the best it has ran ever. Thank you JX Peterbilt and I will recommend you to everyone!!
