I adore the owners.. They are like family to me and are very friendly people. Kaps is great with your vehicles or whatever needs to be towed they handle property gently.... I highly recommend this place if you ever need a tow! Great prices, great tows, And great people!!

Damn driver from this company just ran my husband and I off the road. Decided he wanted to pass us on a curve in a no passing zones where the speed limit is 45 mph. And the car and truck heading in the opposite direction had to slam on their brakes. He put 6 people’s lives in danger. If that’s what kind of people they employ I would never use them.

Totally unrealistic fees. I drive an otr truck I recently was stopped for a weekend in Sapulpa ok. And because I was trying to be a decent guy I turned the truck off overnight. Well my fans inside were enough to draw the batteries down to where the truck wouldn’t start. All I needed was a five minute jump start. I called Kaps and Ricky’s towing to see how much a jumpstart would be. Kaps was real quick to tell me $100 as soon as he found out it was a big truck. If you factor out drive time to me and then ostensibly to the next customer it seriously would have been a five minute job. I know this because that’s how long it took the Good Samaritan in the Kia and I to get the truck started. So that’s a $1200 an hour rate. If you factor in drive time to me from their base address it’s marginally less per hour. With Kaps 2.5 miles away and Ricky’s 4.5 you can assume whatever math you’d like it’s still an asinine rate for a jump start. And this bull about needing to pay for special equipment? A Kia started a 15litre Cummins. That’s special alright.

KAPS attempted to recover our little chevy HHR on a muddy drive way, after pulling it out of the mud it was stuck, in the driver insisted on pulling it up the drive way the rest of the way where upon the chain he was pulling it with broke sending the car off the drive way and part way down a steep hill damaging the vehicle then and again when the wreck had to winch it up back to the drive way. The wrecker then became stuck as well and had to call another to be recovered itself, then afterwards they denied it had happened to their insurance company and the owner used an excessive amount of profanity when questioned about it while perpetuating the lie. If you like having your vehicle damaged and having to wait hours for another wrecker to get the other wrecker out of the way and also be called a lier and dealing with insurance fraud then KAPS is the company for you!
