We broke down with our 40ft Class A diesel pusher Motorhome. Called our GoodSams roadside assistance and waited 4 1/2hrs for them to show up with the wrong wrecker and they did not have one that could handle us. Call you guys and you got out there in 2 hrs and if we had a spare fuel filter which was cracked the driver would have repaired it himself. But he got me all the model info on the filter so I could get one on Monday when the stores open. Great guy hard worker. Highly recommend them

I called Kauff’s Towing when my car started having engine issues. The young lady who answered the phone had kindness in her voice, asked me if i was in a safe location and she was professional. The tow truck driver Anthony showed up immediately, within 20 minutes. Anthony immediately introduced himself, he went into action taking photos of my car, showed concerned for my health and safety, got my car to the destination of my choice and was very nice, patient and professional. If i ever need a tow, i will definitely call this company again. Thank you to everyone at Kauff’s Towing. 5 Stars all the way! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Very unprofessional Dumped my customer car however with no care or regard to blocking part of the road. When asked to fix he said “once unhooked” nothing he can do .. He was instructed to park at my location or very much closer but decided to park wherever he wanted to park. Unhooked car , super rude ; unprofessional and unhooked car and immediately got under the box truck and started hammering at the drive shaft. Video was recorded of him doing this AND saying he had to “remove shaft so it don’t damage transmission”.. Mean while car does start and can be easily put into Neutral to tow. Please BECAREFUL on your choice of towing people. Terrible terrible terrible. If u can’t drive a tow truck, don’t drive at all mr “supervisor”

Wow! This place was not only professional but efficient and quick. The tower guy Rizzo was super nice and very helpful. He was fast and communicated status and where abouts. I'm directionally horrible and dispatch did a great job in giving me a quote and getting an address for where I was. They made it easy!!! I recommend this company for anyones needs.

Class act! Mike came out with a massive wrecker and saved the day for us. We got our 85 foot lift stuck in the swamp and he had no problem pulling it out. Less than 1 hour response. Friendly service. Fair price! Would absolutely call again.

Orlando was great. I was stuck at grocery store. Key wouldn't work in the ignition. He tried for close to 1/2 hour to see if he could get it to work. When he couldn't , towed it to my garage Dispatch person was pleasant and professional...I would used them again without question

Horrible service. They towed my truck last night home and knowing that my power steering is locked and I can not drive the vehicle. I asked them to park the car in the street and they left the truck mostly on my lawn ruining my grass. I called to complain and the disputer just said in the pictures it looks to be on the street I see no problem. So they never sent the driver back out to fix the issue. And now I cant move the truck and it’s impossible for someone to work on it parked the way it is. 0 stars!!!

Used them twice. First time towing the car home the young guy driving was fine but neglected to give me an adequate receipt. Okay not a big deal, I was glad to get home. I called and got it from the office. Second time towing my car to the mechanic the driver was really rude and obnoxious. Didn't want me riding in the truck with him to take my car to the shop. Had to call the office to make him get it. He said you have to wear a mask (he's saying this while not wearing one) I said yeah so do you. Spoke on his cellphone in Spanish the entire drive, talking sh*t about me (I understand a little) and customers in general. Just a rude guy. But all times the people (mostly women) I spoke to in the office were nice and helpful. And the prices I was quoted and time frames were accurate. I am not difficult but where I work customer service does matter.

I just had my car towed from my office to my house. I know a little something about cars and I don't like being without my vehicle.I know what is wrong with the car. Told him when he got there that the car would eventually start but would stall out. He was able to get it part way on the ramp and pulled it up the rest of the way and quickly and thoroughly secured it. Eric was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing and delivered the vehicle gently to my house. This is the 2nd time he has come to the rescue! Last month it was my boyfriends car. He is very knowledgeable and will take care of your car.

I hired them to remove two high value cars from a moving trailer as part of a move for a customer. Kauf's was on-time, did a great job and dealt wit the security at the location with aplomb. Not the cheapest but well worth it for the piece of mind. Thank you.
