I would give NO stars if possible... Went in for a windshield, got totally screwed... $1045.46 for 1 windshield... W.T.F. Over, I was way OVER CHARGED, and I'm not impressed... If you need work done, go somewhere else, or fix it yourself, you'd be money ahead... Oh well lesson learned... I will definatly NOT be back...

Truck was in the shop for engine lights. They had it for two days. They called at 1230am(woke us up at the hotel) to ask us for the codes to get into the ECM. Which we are the drivers!! The company doesn’t give that to drivers! Then they called at 4 am(woke us up again at the hotel) to tell us they don’t know how long it’s gonna take to fix the truck. We got truck back and have driven 45 miles. The engine Fan won’t shut off and now out table doesn’t recognize the truck, is driving, our location, NOTHING!! So now we have new issues to go back into the shop. Our truck is under warranty thank goodness only has 50,000 miles.

We had a truck break down about an hour outside of Des Moines. Instead of having us tow it in and have the down time they walked the driver through troubleshooting on the phone. It ended up being a $25 relay. Thank you again, definitely earned a new customer.

It was one of my worst experience in taking a truck to the dealership. No customer relations, slow in repairs. I will not recommend anyone to patronize the establishment. Though few are trying their best to uplift the image of the dealership. But the service department needs serious overhauling. Some of the service advisors must really change for better. With my experience they do not deserve any star from me.

I am giving you 5 stars so other drivers can experience the through lack of effort that went into finding and fixing my air conditioning problems. Within 70 miles of departure the air conditioning went out again and I am now at kw in Omaha. Lost a 2000 mile run due to you lack of expertise in finding the the problem.

This place was terrible. Trick was in the shop for six days over transmission problems. They said it was done so we left the hotel to go get it. As soon as it finally turned over because the voltage was low there was no air pressure. The A/C stopped working in about 30 seconds (never had problems with the batteries or A/C before I got there to get the truck) and guess what else I see? The Transmission failure fault was on. When we get to get them they were rude and hateful about it. So much in fact that if she hadn't walked away when she did I might be in jail (and I'm super laid back) and before she walked away she said "well we'll have to let you know when we can even work on it again." Six days for nothing! I won't use the MHC again.
