Not enough repair shops. 2 weeks to 30 days to get my truck fixed. Simple fix about 2 hours. They do a great job, but at least $5K not earned

I've called this location to ask when they can work on my truck, before coming to here.
They said: " if you bring it in by noon, we can take a pic on it the same day by the end of the day, or next day in the morning.
After 3 days of waiting, now they say: "we should be able to work on it sometimes next week".
They may be way to busy to service here, it's easy understandable, most of the shops are...
But they provided us with wrong information from the very beginning, and now we are stocked with a driver at the hotel for the last 3 days and have no idea when they will work on this truck -- when we could just fly him home, if we knew it will take this long to get in the shop.

They make you drop truck off for several days even for AC, before they even work on it. You cant have use of your truck while you wait all those days. They wont take appointments.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Though it took 5 days for them to even look at my truck. This area needs more service shops... tho once my truck was in they fixed it in short order.

Had my truck there in January 2020. It did take a while to get the truck looked at and diagnosed. When that happened the repair was speedy enough and they was very fair on the price. You will have to be patient, which hard.

Excellent place. Friendly and helpful service staff. Went there for an electric problem and they fixed it in a very short time. They can take you without appointment, but waiting time can be long. A very busy place. I recommend it and will certainly go there again if needed.

Place is a joke, my truck has been here a week and can't seem to get anyone to do there job. In a week they can't even diagnose a truck. Ive seen back yard mechanics to a complete overhaul in less time. Would not recommend bringing your truck here for any matter.
