Parts department has always gone above and beyond for myself and my shop. They are always professional and prompt. Even the delivery drivers are courteous and professional. Will continue to use them for years to come. We order from them and they are not even our closest dealer but they get it right and do right by their customers.

Brought my 2019 kenworth in by tow truck for a blown radiator on Wednesday afternoon. In speaking with the service advisor I was told the radiator was on order and should be in by sometime Friday as it was coming overnight. I was told to call them around 9pm on Thursday for an update. When I called they already had my truck in and were doing a pm service on it. They found a few other small issues and were taking care of them as well while waiting for the radiator. I was told to call about 4pm on Friday for an update and to my surprise the service advisor said it was just about done they were just tying up recharging the ac system and etc but by 6pm my truck was completely done and ready again for the road. I highly recommend this kenworth dealership as they made me actually feel like a person and kept me actually updated on the repairs to my truck. They worked quickly and professionally to get me back on the road and minimized my downtime as much as possible. I am so very thankful to this dealership for taking care of my truck quickly.

Very unprofessional group of people from Parts to Service. We have not had very many pleasurable moment in two years of working with this outfit, and trying to establish a good business relationship, they made it impossible. The customer service does not exist when it comes to being professional and supportive of company's that are spending money with their business as opposed to the many other they could be. They treat you like a problem instead of a customer. Do not consider these guys anyone you can support your customers they or refer, because they will drop the ball on you with no notice or consideration. It’s a matter of poor leadership that starts at the helm and trickles down. I’ve dealt with their Evansville and Louisville locations on separate occasions and an entire different experience altogether. With exception to Chris in service, the rest of the staff needs ethics training desperately. Neither parts or service will honor the warranty’s expressed; we’re having to send demand letters and attorneys to get what is owed to my company. They are dishonest about the status of parts and repairs, will not return emails or phone calls. Rule over their customers with an iron fist approach instead of listening and trying to come to a mutual understanding; they seem to believe that all their customers are ignorant and will treat you as if you’re incompetent about the business and equipment you own. We have had enough of this substandard treatment and have decided to settle up and move on, but they are once again reluctant to reimburse warranty parts that they force their customers to purchase in advance while you wait to see if they even file the claim or if Paccar will reimburse them before they will reimburse you, and in two years we’ve only seen them willing to warranty an over the counter purchase once. I would be very careful about working with this bunch at this location. They don’t have any skilled Paccar technicians; The one decent tech they had just left them to go to MHC Kenworth.

Very Good Location, They were able to take us in ahead of Schedule, and Charge is very Reasonable labor, they are our preferred location.

Didnt have a good experience with them my credit score 568 wasnt good enough for them to fix my transmission. It was gonna be around 7000.00 got the run around for 2 or 3 days just to be told no we cant help you so like so many other small businesses im done cant afford to do it anymore

Stopped in late at night with engine issue air charger boot hard to find for Cummins. They had part and had installed in 2 hrs. Great and friendly service staff.

They are a very friendly place for service they fixed my tractor very quickly was not afraid to tell me what was on going between them an my company so i was able to help speed the process up. They have a nice driver's lounge for drivers to wait in. They will drive you to your hotel if your staying in one as well as they will pick you up when your tractor or what you have them working on is done an ready. Nice area greyhound station rite next door to repair place.
