Negative experience! Brought my truck for service and recall on 8/22/2022. Today is 9/6/2022 and my truck isn't done yet! Very slow! Every time I call to get updates on my truck, and every time they promise to get it done tomorrow. Well, "tomorrow" means nothing and all these promises are false! I can't believe that service can be so slow nowadays! I've already lost a lot of money because of downtime... Do not recommend!
And the best possible answer from them would be:
"Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. We value the feedback and we apologize for your recent experience".
Update: 9/12/22
Upgraded to 4 stars as there's still room for improvement. Despite the staff shortage I think that the team members should be more proactive. Nevertheless, I appreciate everyone who was involved in resolving truck-related issues (from VP to mechanics).

Had 2 trucks come in here for simple Oil Changes, BOTH of them left with MAJOR truck issues. This place is shady, they do unethical work, and CAUSE problems to trucks THEMSELVES to get more money out of their customers. VERY Deceptive, and in today's time with Diesel prices, Truckers should really STAY AWAY from here.

Terrible service and rates! Most oem locations are under 125 per hour in the body shop, but not these clowns. Over retail pricing on parts too! What a rip off and all around Terrible experience. Go elsewhere!

Called to get a coolant sensor 218.00 dollars is what they told me called over to fleet products 12 dollars and the guy kurt acted like he just didnt care will never call them again this place is the biggest rip off bad attitudes and never answer the phone good luck to everybody nebthat calls this store

I drive 2021 W990 and had steer tire blow out and take a brake line out when the tire blew. Called Tampa Florida Kenworth and Talk to James Trevino. Told James I need a brake line and he told me to get there as soon I can. James and his team jumped right on that brake line got me right out there. Great dealer, great people! I totally recommend this dealer. Thank you James!!

I brought my truck here for various repairs and really feel like I hit the jackpot on truck repair centers, The entire staff on 2/8/20 was extremely helpful and I was able to speak directly with a few of the people who did the work on my truck, everyone I spoke with that day genuinely cared about the work they performed and took pride in what they did. After driving away, I immediately felt like I was driving a new truck, all of the configurations that were completed made the truck perfect. Thank you!
