Dropped truck off on Thursday and they said it would be Monday until they got it. Wanted my ac looked at, air dryer and cab air bag leak. They wanted 850 in labor to replace the air dryer and 330 for the cab air bag. Told them no, took me an hour to replace both myself. The ac apparently needed everything to be replaced. Too much for me so I let them do it. 450 in parts, they also said they fixed a wiring problem with my flickering, and still flickering cab lights... 2800 dollars and 3 days(total of 6 days there) later I get my truck back and the gauges don't work anymore. They said if they did it they'd take care of it. Wouldn't you know, somehow they had nothing to do with it so that took them 4 hours to figure out to run a power wire from a spare and everything works. But they only charged me 2 hours, so only 400 dollars and 5 hours later for my truck. What are the odds all of my gauges stopped working after they worked on wiring, just my luck i guess...Lost so much work because as a small owner your time does not matter. I got scammed bad.

Customer service here is by far some of the best in the country! Long story short, I ended up having to be towed in after dealing with a mobile guy for a couple days. Forrest and Dan assessed the damage got parts on order right away! The communication over the next few days was outstanding! Was towed in on Monday and several thousand dollars of parts later was told they “should” be done Friday night. They even stayed late Friday night and got me finished up, picked the truck up Saturday morning and everything operating as it should! Dan even made sure my ouchy was a okay by putting a bandaid on it! I ever need anything while I’m in the area I won’t hesitate to stop! Thanks again guys!!!

Dropped my truck off for service here. Boy was I in for a ride. First of all, for some reason, the mechanic changed my coolant reservoir, without me asking, or asking for my approval. Now the new reservoir is leaking because one of the hose clamps was not installed correctly. Remember, I never needed or asked for a new reservoir, but I was forced to pay for it. Also, the lazy mechanic didn't reinstall all me bolts to my step/battery cover fairing. He also was too lazy to put another hose clamp or even zip ties to hold the coolant hose in place and prevent it from vibrsting/rubbing. And to make matters worse, I found a large rubber part on my bed. The part is apparently part of an install kit for bumpers, which was not part of the requested repairs for my truck. There was absolutely no reason for a mechanic to be sitting on my bed or in that part of my truck. And "of course", no one at the dealership knows anything about it. Take your truck here at your own risk. Response to owner: I was never given an initial quote, so that's not true. Also, it's very telling that you don't address unnecessarily replacing the coolant reservoir, the missing bolt and coolant hose strap, nor the fact that your mechanic was plundering through my truck. Your response only confirms the attitude and poor quality of work drivers received there.

Update was told nothing has changed still was told buy many people place is ran in disarray and management still not treating employees with full respect or paying them correct but still over charging coustomers and wearhouse not being ran correct hmm still sounds like this place is taking people's hard errand money upcharing them and not telling the truth on things sorry but this is what reviews are for beawear of this place coming from many people whom are on the roads for many years going too many shops !!!!!!!

Best kenworth experience I've ever had. Update Went in for dpf issue. Truck derated 3 hrs after leaving. Called with codes to see if they could shed some light on the issue service writer said no. I guess I'm on my own

It's an ok place to get work done. Food and hotels within a 5 min walk

For me, this is the best place, for parts and service for my 2016 Kenworth T680. I always get great service. The staff is friendly and attentive. The job gets done right. This is a very busy dealership. So, if you're in a hurry, or need something done ASAP, you'll need patience. But, the job will be done right, and in the order that you arrive. When I need work done on my truck, this is where I want it done, in Central Ohio. I'm very pleased with Kenworth of Columbus.
