I ordered 2023 KW T680, got it with scratches on the Front hood, after driving it less than 300 miles, coolant hoses start leaking, took it to a Kw dealership on Saturday as I was directed, had to wait for the part for 5 days. I complained to Paccar for my loses, eventually I got a call from the Salesman & the Owner “Dan” offering to reimburse for the Hotel expenses, not taking responsibility for the scratches or my lost 5 days of earning. The owner cut me off as I was explaining to him what happened, telling me he’s on 11 minutes time limit, then telling me that he bought a $100,000 Mercedes Benz and had issues with it after few days or weeks. The 11 minutes he took to talk to me is more valuable that the 5 + days I lost earnings (I Guess) and his $100,000 Mercedes Benz issue put him out of work for 5 Days (REALLY). I told the owner to keep his money and have a nice day. It’s the worth Dealership you’ll ever deal with, the Salesman Keith Lanier is Rude. They charged me $5000 extra above the Original invoice, claiming it’s Manufacturer Surcharge. I will never deal with Kenworth of Jacksonville FL again nor with any other branch they have. I advise anyone who plan to deal with them to be extremely cautious, or find another dealership that respect themselves and others. I paid in full for the Truck and I incurred thousands of dollars in expenses and loss of income. Don’t make the same mistake I made, do. It buy from this dealership.

Ordered a doser injector, asked parts person to look at diagram and give me every piece needed on assembly. Explained I was hiring a currier to deliver parts 100 miles away. After 2 times of ordering parts and currier I still am missing a piece. Now I lost the weekend worth of work as well, will never trust there knowledge at this location. Thanks Kenworth for nothing.

Truck was brought in to have a few things fixed. They took a few days to get to it and then only fixed two issues out of three. But, the third issue I had they wrote in they fixed it and charged over$300. Come to fine out, they didn't even touch it.

Not impressed with the service. They had my rig for a month to get it repaired and now I'm at a Kenworth shop in Memphis,Tennessee getting it repaired again because of the less than stellar workmanship of their mechanics. I won't ever make the mistake of taking my rig there ever again.On a good note, they did pay for my repairs in Memphis but at the cost of me losing a few loads and a $500.00 Motel bill. UPDATE: I Also had them check the adaptive cruise control during my visit and they charged me over $300.00 dollars to try to recreate the issue I was having. They cleared the fault and claimed there wasn't anything they could repair because the problem couldn't be re-created. Recently the alarm came back after a truck wash. I told them upon my initial that that was why it happened. They refuse to take any responsibility because they couldn't recreate the issue. One visit to the truck wash and I generated the issue. This is a very unethical business and I warn everyone to stay away from this dealership.

I am from Detroit and came to Jacksonville, Fl. When my A/C went out on my truck. None of the truck stop could help me the same day. But I was so pleased to have the 2nd shift at Kenworth of Jacksonville help me out and get me in as soon as I arrived at there dealership. They were very helpful and knowledgeable to help me understand the problem and the solution. I would recommend those guys on 2nd shift to anyone. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your field of expertise!!!

Awesome group of guys, got me in the shop real quick, got my repair and sent me on my way.... Could not ask for BETTER SERVICE. would definitely recommend any friend or Owner/ Operators to go there.

Very nice place and staff. Very small lot, so dont bring your trailer or you'll be sorry. Easy to get to.
