My car was scheduled to be towed on Friday between 11 and 1. Kilgore was a No-show. When I called THEM at 3:30, I was told that they were backed up. Rescheduled for Sat 10 - noon. No show - no call. Rescheduled for Mon 2-4 PM. No show - no call. If YOUR car needs towing, would this be the kind of company you will depend on?

I would suggest this place to everyone. When I called I got a person that was cheerful in the middle of the night. Sent a wonderful guy to help me out and was super nice. Best experience I ever had due to unfortunate circumstances. Amaxing!!!!!
