Very good company they treat you like family and respect best company I have ever worked for good equipment, good loads, you make money here .If you don't make money here your doing something wrong . Alot of drop& hook sometimes you just have to unload or load but wait times aren't to bad but everyone wants to blame the company for the wait times when it's the shippers .

I was leased here once. Worst mistake I ever made. this company got over two and a half million dollars in PPP loans. And I'm sure Curt and Kyle made sure they never had to pay it back. This is a disgrace of a company in America. Disgrace to Buffalo lake Minnesota a disgrace to the trucking industry in America today. The Minnesota Trucking association should be ashamed of themselves. It wasn't a lottery on the backbone of America.

While they have great pay for experienced drivers, pleasant enough people, and the equipment is nice, you will 100% be sitting and waiting for a LONG time. 4, 8, 12 hours or more is common for loading and unloading even with on time delivery.
You can make money, but it's way harder than it needs to be.

they are a good comany but they need to udate the trucks i"m current in a 2016 volvo with over 500,000 miles also they discontinued contributing to the 401k with sucks

Very thoughtful company about drivers in many ways. Pay usually worked out well. Great benefits! Equipment decent to really nice. Easy to work for. Only reason is not 5 star is micro management of driver time through appointment times too often being far from true. A driver should be able to decide if they need some downtime at facilities before pickup when several hours are available vs pickup times being misstated. Still better company than others.
