Damon is an excellent attorney with a wealth of knowledge and isn't just another lawyer looking to make money off a case. I was in an unfortunate predicament, and kind of going into it blindly with mixed advice elsewhere, that had me fearing the worst and he immediately put my mind at ease and answered all my questions and concerns from the first initial conversations. He really listens to his clients and goes to bat for them and does his absolute best to get you the best outcome but is realistic with expectations of the case. Didn't get a dismissal, but got an outcome I can live with and he achieved the things I asked him to. I was in some deep problem but he was able to get a deal to have the reckless driving and the racing completely dismissed. That means no jail and the points went from a total of 19, down to only 3 points. It was a great result for the case because he worked hard and got me the deal i wanted.

I just wanted to share my incredible experience with this amazing attorney! Without going into a lot of detail, I had an unpleasant experience with photo radar, ticket in the mail, and an unclear picture of the driver. I challenged the ticket myself to no avail. Even though the picture was questionable the court said they felt I was the driver. I called Mr Petrehn and he went to work on this matter for me immediately. He explained the situation to me very clearly, told me my options and shared his years of traffic ticket defense with me and allowed me to decide how I wanted to proceed. He took care of all the leg work for me and got me the perfect outcome! No points on my record, no increase in my insurance and no court appearances. The other great part was I NEVER had to call him. He call me frequently to let me know what was going on and kept me well informed. After everything was settled, he even called me to let me know he followed up with the court and they had closed my file. He was amazing!!! I will call him again if I EVER need an attorney for any matter, large or small, you should too!!!
