A whole month truck was there and they didn’t do nothing. This is not a first time, but it is the last. No more business with them.

Very unsatisfied with the service. Brought them my truck on Friday morning 04/22 and since that they have not touched my unit but as they promised they should have started in on Monday 04/25 which they did not touch it even after 3 days. Thumbs down to all of its service shops across US. FTL Miami is the same wont give better service. Just in case we all we needed is the coolant sensor replacement and check 5th wheel slider.

Do not take your truck for any service you're going to be in big trouble they're not gonna do nothing in the truck and it's going to charge you.... Definitely if you do oil change..... They charge me for the oil change and The alignment... That never even did I have to go to different track to change the oil end to do the alignment... They charge me 1.950.00..

Went there for a DOT Inspection end up with a $2100 bill my abs light was on that was not fixed..so basically I was charged almost $2200 just to replace a few burn light bulb's and a exhaust bracket....NEVER AGAIN will I go to that place..its a shame they would do such thing. Specially whith what we going through right now..GREAT JOB GUYs

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. They gave me one price to fix my truck so I get a check cut for that amount. I called to check on my truck and they said it was ready. I send an employee to pick it up, but when they arrived the truck hadn't been worked on. When they called me back a week later I sent someone back to pick it up, but now I'm told that it's going to be over $1,000.00 dollars more than the price I was originally given. If you have somewhere else you can take your Freightliner save yourself a big headache and take it there.

Wow, still shaking my head in amazement of how terrible this dealership is. I have never had such an aweful buying experience in 32 years and purchasing hundreds of trucks. What a mistake I made dealing with this clown outfit. The lack of communication and dealing with an issue is almost non existent. Still after making 2 months of truck payments and insurance, we still don't have a truck that is legal to go down the road. I can not express enough the level of frustration that we have gone through with this dealership.
