Love's Travel Stop

I worked for this loves for 5 years, I became tired of no knowledgement, they always found something to get onto me for, Everything I told them would go threw one ear out the other, busy nights left alone stressing hardcore moments where I'd be so stressed I'd have to walk away store side would help subway side but only if it was specific people. Going through store managers after store managers could never keep one and the new one they have now is a great actor, I got sick and tired of it all and they started to call me "unreliable". They fired many great employees after they did years here with absolutely no Care, if you work here just don't expect anything out of them, started at 9 dollars an hour, new people started coming in making 11 and I didn't get much of a raise at all, new people making pretty much the same as me. Just don't put your life into this job, They'll push ya out as fast as they can after you've wasted years here, I will say I've made many great friends here and good bonds, I absolutely miss my regulars more than anything and I love you all if you're reading this, I would always try my best to memorize your sandwiches and have your meals ready before you got in! I had so many of you and I won't forget you all. I'm over at McAlister's Deli now, Come see me! 🥰

Great customer service employees and for a truck stop good items for the road

I've been to a dozen plus Loves......this is by far the only one I've EVER complained out. The customer service is trash, the bathrooms compliment their attitude. FOS.

Came and filled up at Loves store 263 and I recommend everyone to skip Loves cause they show no Love. Went inside to prepay due to scams on the pumps but the old with short curly hair charged me double the regular price. Called to readjust the amount charged twice now but been blown off both times. One from the manager. Watch how you are charged going here

Had healthy food to eat, any travel randomness you could happen to need and clean restroom. Gas prices were decent

This is a busy store but always seems to be clean and well managed.

Being a Driver whose contracted with Loves Fuel, I always have my rewards card in my wallet. But hell if it matters, because the employers would rather scan their card before your transaction starts. After seeing other reviews, some truthful as can be, I understand the low rating. I'll never be stopping here again. All the more reason to let other drivers know, your getting what you pay for. Overpriced shi**y service.

The people working here are super nice and friendly sitting for a 34-hour reset only downfall is they have no showers on a positive note you can find parking here pretty late it doesn't usually fill up.
