The actual store is great. The employees are usually helpful and nice and the store is mostly clean... however I recently had to use the tire shop for a repair and that was a whole different experience. The female employee in the shop was annoyed, short tempered and had an attitude. Starting from when she guided me in the bay. When I asked for assistance getting the part out of my truck (cause it was big and awkward) she slammed her clip board down and stomped over to me like I was an inconvenience. Then for a job that only took 1/2 an hour they charge for 2 full hours cause that's the "book time" one of the male employees was pleasant however the other two seemed to have some sort of inside joke about me bringing my own part in and the one in the office kept making excuses when i would bring up my complaints. I will never again use this shop. I'll stick to the store.

I get all my PM's done at this shop. The shop guys are great. Levi ALWAYS takes care of me. If you are complaining about the wait times just remember it's not the employees fault, corporate sets how many people are working and the shop guys also is responsible for the tire pass, trash and such. They are doing what they can. Keep up the good work guys.

Young guy named "Kelly Renkonski" is a bad manner employee. At every times I stopped here for fuel I have seen him treating drivers with disrespectful attitudes. We are all grew up adults, we are working men and women, we have family and kids at home, some of us even have grandkids, we don't deserve to come here for being be little like beggars by that rude Kelly cashier. If he didn't happy with his job then don't work here, drivers are Loves' customers whose help paying him the salary. This location is having an issue on hostility, I definitely hate this location forever in my mind. I hope the regional managers listen to our concerns. To us the customers, we are too tired with the illiterate cashier named Kelly Renkoski!!!

Bathroom clean, plenty of food selection, getting gas can be a pain when its busy. Pumps seem a little too close together. Easy to get on & off the highway. About what you expect for a truck stop

Man that leave his nasty bottle of urine,trash on the parking, gallon of urine against the curb. That's him the NASTY MAN!!

Nice place to do 10 hour break.Quiet lot had open spaces overnight on a Saturday night.Subway and Mc Donalds inside.Showers were clean and staff was nice.Medium size parking easy in and out.
