Love's Travel Stop

Found a TirePass that actually works. Tom got me sorted out and on the road in less time than it took to fuel. I think the last one I’ve seen working was in Ohio over a year ago. Nice to see a store taking care of business

Clean store, there were several employees restocking and tidying… you could tell they put a lot of effort into keeping things running smoothly.

Truck drivers, let this be your last choice to stop for anything. Fuel, food, shower etc. An average Love's at best. Usually not too clean. Very spacious parking but good luck finding one if you get there after 3 pm. Fuel islands are almost always backed up and constantly blocked by drivers that are not fueling. Just do yourself a favor and avoid.

Not much I can't say about this love's because some of the people greet at you when you first walked in and others just turned away like you did not exist. I find that unusual because if you're in a business that is a customer oriented business your job is to make sure the customer is happy and content when he or she leaves the store. If not they may never come back and if you are not up to the task of trying to make the customer happy then you should not be in this business. It is people oriented. And I did not see any customers including myself giving any of the staff a hard time but some of the staff could not even smile or say anything and that's sad especially with everything going on these days a simple hello make somebody smile I know it does to me. I like to greet people I love it as a matter of fact and I do it walking across the parking lot in the store and I don't even know the folks I'm saying it to and I don't care because I want people to know that I will see them and greet them. And I don't even work there. It's not a bad store but some of the associates need to take their problems stuff them down inside while they're at work and be people oriented. It's only for so many hours I've done it for many years and I'm still doing it. But other than that the store was clean and quite busy.

They call it Loves for good reason! The best travel stops of em all? Friendly staff too!

Stopped in for a coffee. They have a variety of good tasting coffee. Best part is the sugar is in a container and you don't have to open individual packets. The condiment area is small and can only be accessed by one person at a time. Workers are very nice and greet you as you enter.

Mechanic Andrew Sitler did an awesome job breaking my truck & ruining my week. Guy was suppose to change my wheel seals but only cleaned around. Told me it would be 175, came back & charged me 290.70 because I needed a pro-torq spindle nut. After the replacement I made it 30 mins away to find my rear axle caught fire where the seal was suppose to be replaced. From Dec11 to Dec13 I have to miss out on money. Thanks but no Thanks will never return to loves for anything ever

You get greeted by friendly staff immediately when you walk in the door, didn't expect that from a gas station. There's a little bit of everything that you would expect from a convenience store,and perfectly perched right off the exit of interstate 80. Gas is more expensive than in town, but that's because of the interstate convenience. There's also showers for the traveling trucker that needs to freshen up.👍

Just wanted to thank management for making it right for my wife and i. We had stopped in for fuel a while back and pulled up to fuel and your system was down, froze our payment method and kept us there over a hour trying to fix the issue. I forgot the young gentleman's name but he bought us lunch for our time. That is pretty much unheard of and in 20 years this has never happened to me. Much appreciated Loves and management. 👍👍👍
