Stopped buy for coffee and the usual restroom break
Coffee was welcome & clerk was very courteous
Restrooms were being cleaned when I entered
That is always appreciated
Glad to have this plaza to access on those long turnpike drives

All of the food here looks amazing. I was unfamiliar with these franchises but you will not starve here. Subs run between 7 and 17 bucks, but the sub place sells a sub with an optional pound of meat, so there's that. The convenience store is very well stocked and coffee was hot and fresh. They also had the cold Starbucks coffees and lots of energy drinks in the fridge. Gas wasn't overly inflated, though it cost us 54 cents per gallon more than in town, it was still less than I'd paid for my previous tank over the border in New York.

There any ( even one spot ) of legally marked truck parking here. However you can squeeze about four or five trucks on the shoulders . Additionally you are required to chock (yes I said that one right/ chock) your wheels while your truck is parked. I’m not sure if enforce it .

I've been stopping here 1/month for the past year or so... how was thinking: how do you review a Service Area?
I'd say : food, coffee, bathroom, cleanliness, access, items you might need for your car
everything but food is spot on!
I would give a 3.5 star if I could. food choices are really really limited and quality is poor.
coffee: they have a machine that grinds your bean on the spot. great! much better than any starbucks, and waaaay cheaper
bathrooms: always spotless.

A very clean plaza for when traveling. I didn't have to question the cleanliness of the bathrooms and usually I spray with my disenfectant and sanitizer wipes but this bathroom I only felt the need to wipe down the toilet one round. Other places I've had to search for a clean stall and one that the last person actually flushed. Ludlow Service Plaza also has a great coffee selection in the gas station area. Hands Down one of the better service plazas that we stop at on our weekend trips.

Stopped there during a long trip. Had one of those D'angelo steak and cheese sandwich. It was pretty empty ( 8pm). Overall it was okay.

The place is great. My only gripe is that Papa Ginos closes too early. Closing at 5:30 pm when its dinner time doesnt make much sense to me.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! We are truck drivers passing through from deliveries and have never been treated with more disrespect! No coffee, rude workers and they were not accommodating at all!
Four people standing around talking doing nothing while the coffee sits empty and the bathrooms had little to no toilet paper!
Truckers - don’t waist your time if you want to be treated respectfully!

Over 20 dollars for a happy meal and 1 large meal . Highway robbery for sure. Taking route 2 from now on. Plus pay for tolls and the road sucks. Mass pike is a joke.

Excellent place to use the bathroom on a long trip. They've got it all: toilets, sinks, and paper towels. What more could you ask for? But on a serious note, there are a bunch of places to eat and go about replenishing other items you may need, but we stopped to use the restrooms and didn't check out much besides that.

I wasn't that excited by the food choices.
Not very familiar with what was there. Would have liked a McDonalds or Burger King or Chic Fillet. Something that was somewhat familiar and you knew what you were getting.

There is an EZpass service center here. The EZpass staff were incredibly helpful, cheerful, and creative solving a complicated EZpass problem, while also trying to eat their lunch. Really remarkable.

I enjoyed the use of the toilet here. As I recall, I really needed a rest stop, and Ludlow loomed large like lighted lodge, tantalizing tortured tourists with its terrific toilets. Yes, I peed. But more than that, I found poetry. And that, truly, is beauty in an otherwise ugly world.
