I should have read the reviews before I decided to use this company. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. I have called numerous times asking about my water delivery. The first time took 2 weeks longer than the expected delivery date to get my water. They send out a schedule of all your delivery dates and I never even got my second delivery. I had to call and they told me the new date. They still didn't deliver my water. It's a constant calling battle trying to find where your water is. Please save the hassle and go with a different company!

Rude, lazy customer service after multiple missed deliveries. Then they signed my card up for auto pay without consent and charged it for a delivery that never happened. Currently sitting on hold with a person named Salina who has an attitude and is refusing to send me a confirmation email that my card has been taken off of auto pay. I've spent 30 minutes on the phone dealing with an unpleasant person who won't give me a straight answer about how my card was set to auto pay. Just buy water at the store. Using this service means missed deliveries and fraudulent debit card charges.

The water is good but NOT worth the hassle. There is a constant battle to call and see where my water delivery is or if I'm going to get it this time. I'm not kidding, it's really bad. When you call to ask for a solution, all they do is apologize but never make any changes. Originally I referred my mother and my sister to get their service, but now I'm sorry I did. My sister is leaving their service after only getting started because she's having the same issues. Don't choose this water company....save yourself the headache and frustration.

Driving for Walmart it's pretty much a drop/hook situation. GPS brings you right to the location. I've seen live loading going on ..doesn't seem to look like it takes forever. There is No overnight parking spaces. Simple in/out location.

These guys were awesome. My company messed up the dates had me there a full day and a half early but these guys worked me in and I was in, loaded and out in 2 1/2 hrs and that’s with them having to run off my load because I was so early it wasn’t even ready yet! Awesome job by the employees here

Truckers, if you have shine truck don’t come here parking lot is dirty and wet,they don’t have a regular shipping person or sign for shipping door but door is first on the left after you make turn in there lot,most they doing drop trailers not many live load but they are concern and trying to load quick as possible ,here is a some pictures and good luck everyone,by do way best way to get here Exit 111 of I 71 17 ave straight to Joyce make left and they are on the left side!!!

Called customer service to ask for an emergency delivery as we have been going through water faster than normal. Customer Service was rude and dismissive, when I asked. I understood that they could not make a delivery sooner than middle of next week - I get it, however, improve your customer relations if you want to keep your clientele.

I have used Magnetic Springs for over 6 years and have been impressed with their customer service from day one! Yesterday our delivery driver, Nate, had delivered to our home and my wife was loading the kids into the car and Nate offered to unloaded the bottles of water into our garage instead of leaving them on the porch. This is the type of company that I will continue to do business with! Top notch and they always deliver on time and the water is great! I Highly recommended Magnetic Springs for home and business water delivery service.
