Before I brought my RV to their shop I asked specifically if they dealt with rear axles on RV's and if they could fix it in house. They confirmed that they could so I brought it in. I did have a warranty and they were helpful with calling them and working with me in that respect, but my RV was with them for 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks I had to call them for any updates at all. Their customer service is really lacking in communicating, time lines, what they are doing with your vehicle and when you will get your vehicle back. Also they had to send my axle to another shop to be fixed which added time to the service. All this may have been just what it takes to get a job with an axle rebuild with a warranty to be processed done. Except my battery died during this timeline and instead of calling me to tell me that my battery died I was notified as I was getting into my my RV at pickup. Luckily my RV has an emergency battery jump feature. This is an auto shop, they could have told me that my battery was dead before I went to pick up my RV. They could have asked me if I wanted them to replace the battery. They did not. This is in no way a professional shop that cares about its customers or the integrity of it's shop.

Was treated as valued customer even thou I never went before and live 300 miles away. They went out of their way to get a tire that they normally do not carry many of and installed it even they were ready to close on the weekend. I would recommend this place extremely high.

Best high speed balance in the area. Took my truck to two other places before finding this shop. This is the last place I need to go to get the job done correctly. Truck no longer hops around on the road at highway speeds, rides great! Good job guys.
