MHC Kenworth - Denver

On July the 12th 2022 my truck was backed into and had to get towed to the MHC Kenworth in Denver after getting checked in on that Monday morning I headed to Dallas Tex to get another truck….the body shop estimator and foreman Steve Chiquita Communicate to me about the progress of my truck. My truck went into the body shop needing work from a truck backing into me….to looking like new on August the 16th 2022 I really want to say thank Steve Chiquita for your help getting me and my truck back on the road again

Dennis Morris is the Best ever. His support is amazing. He knows what a particular customer wants. He had all his time to understand what my needs were. I would recommend everyone to go through him if you want to buy a semi Truck. He knows these Trucks like he knows inside his pocket. Service department was Excellent not only they are 24/7 but they also provide outstanding customer service. John Trujillo is the person who was working with us during the entire process from start till the end. Guys took our truck on Saturday night and started on it Sunday morning. Great communication with us and with our warranty company. if I could give them 6 stars I would definitely do so. Thank you guys so much!

Came into get a mirror assembly, had to come in three times, but each time I dealt with Drew, he is very efficient and knowledgeable at his job, I then went to the Auto Body shop, where Ian riveted on a bracket, both departments were great, professional and great to deal with

Stopped in for service Monday afternoon and was out just over 12 hours later! Two mechanics (shift change) worked on my truck and got it done without delay thereby minimizing my down time. I'm fairly certain they worked me into their already busy schedule......they certainly didn't have to do that. Everyone I had contact with in the service and parts departments, on two different shifts, were friendly and professional, from check in to check out. All were polite and courteous and treated me with respect. The treatment I got here, as well as the quality work that was done on my truck, will have me stopping back without hesitation should my truck need service in this area again. I don't remember your names, but thank you to everyone I spoke to and dealt with, for treating me like the professional I try so hard to be!

We had a great experience with Jon Hegre. Jon performed his job professionally and with respect. He answer our questions and responded to our additional requests with documented results. He followed through with what he said. I’m impressed by Jon and will do business with him again on our next truck purchase.

Purchased a used truck in Kansas City and had some issues with the truck. I was told to bring it back to Denver for repairs since they had the bigger shop. Had some issues with the hood not closing and their body shop fixed the hood to look like new! After pulling 2 local loads, the truck had some transmission issues. I was told to bring it so they can diagnose, and that's where I met Steven. Thru the whole process with the transmission issue, Steven has kept good communication about the truck repairs and got them taken care of in a quick manner. I received a phone call from Steven today asking if the truck was running good and if the new clutch install fixed the issues I was having. It really means a lot when they call to make sure the truck is running good and the customer is happy. Very pleased with the level of service I've received from their Service Dept. Also, would like to give the Branch Manager a shout out for stepping in and helping with the issues. -Very Happy Customer

No one "enjoys" having to be down for repairs. However, every so often you come across a place that makes it as painless as possible. The body shop here is one of those places. Took out a deer, stopped here to have the estimate done and get a headlamp so I could keep running. Decided to come back and have the work done here. I was kept in the loop the whole time and attention to detail is what made the delays well worth it. After putting a new hood on, they noticed some blemishes in the paint and redid the paint job. Most places would just leave it and hope no one notices. Ian Simpson in the body shop is amazing, and his commitment to great service seems to flow down the rest of the employees. I live in GA, and this is now my go-to place. Service runs 24hrs, and currently the body shop runs 2 shifts. Thanks for a great experience guys, it's rare in this industry these days.
