MHC Kenworth - Greeley

Usually have a good experience when I deal with the parts department this was my first dealing with the shop. Had my truck 4 days and all they accomplished was a PM service. The service was was 3 times the cost of where I usually go, the tech must be paid extra to find things wrong because 2 weeks ago I had it in another shop specifically for things mhc found wrong. Glad the PM was all they did because it probably would have broken me if they were efficient enough to get everything done.

Visit was about 2 weeks ago. I was going to let it go but it needs to be shared to make others aware. Communication is a complete joke. When I asked to call me before 11am for an update (before hotel checkout time) I did not hear from them at all until day until I called them. I think I spoke to Daniel told me truck would.be ready ny 5pm. I checked out of the hotel and walked over back to dealer as I was informed ride was unavailable. Went into the lounge and patiently waited. 2 hours later a man comes in and asked me if I was the one at the hotel. They sent somebody out without even a simple phone call after telling me ride was unavailable. After 6pm I went down to service desk to check on the truck. Spoke to Manny and I asked for an update. Attitude was what I got. I told him Danny (Daniel) who I spoke to told.me truck would be done by 5. Manny's response was "that's funny cuz Danny has been on vacation for a week" like I had a reason to.lie about it. Manny came up with a dumb excuse (while I watched the truck sitting there for hours without being touched while they are pulling other trucks in). Last time someone touched the truck.was before 3pm replacing ABS sensor. I asked Manny to replace cabin air filters, he replaced the front and got even a bigger attitude when I noticed back wasn't replaced. Needless to say warranty work is not their main priority! 48 hrs for 2 sensors, batteries and cabin filters is an absolute joke while other trucks are in and out! I work for a fleet of 800 KWs. Spoke to my shop manager about the experience there and we will not be sending any more trucks to this location. They would rather fork out a bigger tow bill then do business with Greeley again!

Update. Don't come here. Go to Cheyenne mhc. This branch is mostly bad unless you only need parts. Even warranty work is a bad experience. I have worked with this branch multiple times and had far more negative experiences than positive. After a second chance MHC has impressed me with their professional service and communication... The two people I have worked with most are Dan the service manager and Mindy thank you both for being excellent at what you do. Looking forward to working with you all in the future.

Fixed air-conditioning did a wonderful job but didn't know they changed 200 Dollars a hour. That hurt.

I don't even know where to start, where I was charged 384 to install 2 headlights bulbs, 208 dollars to top off some washer fluid and snap in a washer nozzle. Or could be the fact I'm in a 2022 t660 with 20k miles and they tried to charge me 700 for a software update to the transmission.... Smart person I am, gave them another pull...dropped off for pm service was waxed 748 for oil change and grease...and low coolant light was on when I picked up. Then they tried to hand me coolant to fill up my self in their parking lot🤣🤣🤣🤣 Needless to say I will run my kw through rush peterbilt before I utilize them ...

Good customer service. Shop guys are on it. Pricey as all hell, but that's to be expected.

They're open 24/7 which is awesome because drivers work round the clock. Always friendly and fast. Even if they get slammed, they acknowledge you. Never had a problem with them.

These guys get slammed and do the best possible to take care of their customer’s! Always exceptional service and great supply of parts on hand. Fast delivery if not in stock on most parts and always happy to help me figure out what I need.

Need parts, maybe. Need service? You are going to wait. Service men go out of their way to help. Parts guys are very helpful and courteous.

Fast and easy everyone was nice and friendly as well.
