MHC Kenworth - South Atlanta

Working with Kenworth south Atlanta has been an overall great experience from the start. I recently ventured over to the body shop to add some accessories to my rig and I have to say that Brandon and Damian over in the body shop will get you right with whatever you need. If you’re in south Atlanta and your truck needs any maintenance work or any body shop work, stop in at Kenworth in south Atlanta. I would also like to thank bre, John, cam,brad,and Tania for the great customer service that they’ve provided me time and time again. My truck wouldn’t be running as good as it does if it was not for them being able to get me in and let their great mechanics do the work needed to keep me turning and earning. This is the only shop I take my equipment to and they have never failed me. If you have any concerns, take your truck to them and they will give it there all to get you back turning and earning.

The parts team here is incredible always gets us what we need in a timely manner and I never have to complain to them cody goes out of his way to make sure we have the parts and the right parts the first time! Without MHC we would not be able to make our customers happy and back on the road so thank you!

Well I could tell you about the timely, great workmanship, and reasonable pricing that Brandon, Mark and they rest of the body shop have provided me numerous times. But that could be subjective, instead I will put it a simpler way. I live 600 miles from the shop and it is cheaper and more time efficient to come here stay in a hotel and have the work done and done correctly once! Great Work All and thank you. I will be returning.

This place is a scam, they do NOT stand behind their product. I am “purchased” a 2019 Kenworth T680 from them. They tried to deliver it with many DOT violations as well as mechanical issues, oil leaks, chopped front tires, steer shaft play, the porter delivered the truck to me overheating, with no coolant in the truck as well as a flat tire and the door almost falling off. I would avoid this and any MHC at all cost. Steven assured us that the truck would be purchased back and it was not. It is currently sitting in their lot, they rushed us to sign docs and get them the down deposit. They defraud the banks and their customers. They are a fraud, avoid at all cost.

These people are not honest. Do not trust this business. I do not trust them one bit. I will say this. Check your work after they complete it. We had work done here and before leaving the lot we inspected their work. They billed us for parts they NEVER replaced. They claimed they did a PM and never did it. The old part was still on the truck. No apology just excuses that only so many mechanics came in today. On top of that this MHC takes an extremely long time to service your truck. Be ready to get a hotel in the area. Stay for a week. Waited days for a quote. If you have a choice go elsewhere. Also, drove by one night to check on truck. Mechanics left door open and light was on in cabin. Now what if our things were stolen? What if something got broken? Enclosed picture of when we went to pick up our truck of a filter MHC in McDonough claimed they changed, charged us for but never changed at all. Oil was not changed either on PM.they lied and said it was. They lost a customer and I bought my truck from here. Never again.

Terrible service I arrived at 10:00 a.m. in the morning And was told that they were gonna do my service in the middle of the night next morning I called in They did not touch my truck All day I been to other Mhc but this place is the Worst dealership to take your trunk to

I have had a mother of a problem with my T-680 for almost two months now starting since late April. Been to 8 shops in three weeks with an engine code, wrench, and red light derate light coming on. It seems no one can fix my truck and it’s driving me to just say if Kenworth can’t fix their own trucks then I might as well just let the bank have it back. I reached out to Tom at the branch and he couldn’t care less. Wouldn’t even pick up the phone to call MHC reps to reach out to see if they could help me and never even followed up with my truck. So Tom was a 1 ⭐️. The shop is a whole different story. Jason Wetzstein Keith Aman Will Loyd Those 3, Service manager, service advisor, and master mechanic HAVE all gone out of their way to help me. And since Tom couldn’t help me I had to call corporate Kenworth and get them involved and Brendan Zang came to bat for me. Well they figured it had to finally be a wire harness issue and replaced it. Well it did great for 2000 miles and now ssdd. My truck should be bought back from me and since Kenworth can’t seem to fix the problem it should be used as a tool for the mechanics to practice on. I sure as hell am not making any money now since it just keeps going back. So now I am heading back to Kenworth 😡 I just hope the truck makes it. Had the misfortune of having work done on my truck here, had electrical work done here, 60 miles down the road code comes up, went back to the shop, they put the computer on it, told me I had a bad injector $3100, told them I have a true north warranty. They told me they couldn't get a them to answer the phone, told them not to do any work to my truck, I'll take it somewhere else, charged me 500 dollars to hook up the computer and check it out. Drove it to Chicago, no loss of power, no overheating, ran great, took it to our shop, hooked up to computer came up injector #4 but it was INACTIVE, And they wanted 3100 dollars for a new injector when all they had to do was clear the code, no problems since then

Had a DEF issue and they were able to get me in and out within 24 hrs. Great place and good people.

Very professional in sales department..eric blank was my sales representative, a very smart and professional ,I recommend this place to buy a truck...thanks guys
