It was clean, a little run down, but it served its purpose as we had appointments at the American consulate—walking distance from the consulate, a mall across the street, and Starbucks. Denny's and Wendy's are on the same property. Breakfast is from 6:30 -8:30. Every day there are different fresh dishes. Laundry for guests costs 100 pesos. Housekeepers are very helpful and ask you daily if you need your room cleaned. We booked on a third-party site, and we had no trouble with our reservation; and we were able to extend a few days without any trouble. Would recommend it for anyone that needs to go to the consulate. It is a very safe area and there is always taxis outside ready to provide you their service as the hotel doesn't provide airport shuttle.

For $100/night, they only have water in the gym that has three machines - I don’t believe they offer anything else … no pool, no laundry facilities… the room only had two towels and 1 hand towel - no wash cloths. Opening the dresser the handle fell off. The AC/heat smelled. Only things in the room was a small bottle of lotion/shampoo. There was hair in the bedding and the bathroom sink is chipped. They don’t offer any resources for where to eat or what to do in the area… No refrigerator and very expensive because close to consulate

If I could rate this hotel NO STARS I would. I reserved 10 days for my brother ahead of time (fully paid), his flight was delayed and he ended up coming in until the next day. I did call ahead of time and asked if we reserved and came in until the next day, there would be a problem, they said no. This hotel gave his room to someone else and marked it as a no show. Did I mention this was fully paid??! They want me to jump through many hoops to get my money back. They mentioned they have a policy that if you don't show they will mark it as a no show and keep your money. I have never heard of such a thing when you have fully paid. I read my reservation and it does not say this. I called and asked why they did this and wanted to talk to a supervisor, they were not willing to help or give me any information about the supervisor due to "safety" policy. Would never recommend to anyone!

We were able to check in early. Cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our suite was cleaned but extremely soiled and aged. Stains on the carpet throughout. Our sheets had stains and our towels. We had our cleaning lady swapped them out with no hesitation. Also Our remote control was taped together and we had to ask the lobby for another remote. There shuttle bus is only for the airport only don't count on them giving you a ride across the street. The biggest frustration is the language barrier they don't seem to take the the time to listen on the most simplest request or answer your questions correctly.

Rooms are ok, breakfast could be extended to 12 maybe. Everything is 5-10 min walking distance. I'm good

Poor lack of communication. Made a reservation a week before and said that could pay cash when I got there. The date to check in came and was told that there was a problem with my room and was told that I had made the reservation just for two days and not 5. Was moved to another hotel and only booked for 2 days. Kept asking staff from the hotel they put me in if there found out anything of my reservation and they were never communicating with this hotel. They kept telling me that they will call me to my room and never received a call. Had to go back and fourth through the other hotels and find out if one was available. If I could I would give -5 stars. Very upset with the service.

We got the suite and stayed for 13 days for business. Our business finished in a week, and when wanting to check out early they said they don't offer refunds so we had to stay the whole time. Our sheets had stains on them (not from us), so I know for a fact that the top 2 blankets were not washed the entire time we were there. The bathtub faucet was broken: when we lifted the thing to make it a shower, it had half of the water still pouring out the bottom, and half coming out of the shower head. The bathtub had a ring in it, so it wasn't cleaned at all while we were there. No hairdryer. The towels were really rough. One of the dressee drawers were broken. The only non-cardio machine in the gym was broken. Ice maker on our floor was broken so had to go down to the first floor. The iron was broken, and we spoke to 2 different people about it who both promised to get it replaced, and we ended up having to steam our clothes in the bathroom and left without ever getting an iron. The first day we had breakfast the milk was spoiled. They said they offered an airport shuttle, but they only offered it from the hotel to the airport, not from the airport to the hotel. They also only offer shuttles to the airport after 12pm; the reason we chose this hotel was for the shuttle and we didn't even get to use it. One of the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. On a positive note: it was in a great location and it felt safe.

This hotel is easy to get to. Good parking and gated. The place was clean and very organized. I would definitely be recommending it to my friends.
