Absolute garbage, they don't to allow locals to stay and nothing is listed on the booking site or motel website about this policy. What an odd policy, heaven forbid somebody has an emergency that leaves them out of their own home. Just list the policy on your website and the booking site and let people know before they go through the process of booking and having to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Not everyone can afford that wait

**UPDATE**
I called the manager listed and I spoke to her about this theft out of my locked room. I had called the non emergency Pueblo Sheriff’s Department that evening when I found my birth certificate and my baptism record missing out of my purse that I had left in my locked room. The manager said she couldn’t even find me as having been there, and I told her my financial records proved otherwise. Anyway, absolutely nothing accomplished.

I wouldn’t have given them 1 star yet had to to write this review. I had my birth certificate and my baptism record stolen out of my purse when I left my room for a short time. I’m livid, and now worried about my personal identity being stolen. My room WAS LOCKED. Do not trust them.

I would be giving this 5 stars for the price. Service was fast, the rooms were cozy, and the breakfast was as expected. My only gripe was whatever company was running 3rd shift that night and loud banging sounds carried over the freeway. I'm sure my interrupted sleep was partly due to dinner, but the noise was noticeable. Otherwise, great value for the money.

Nice and comfortable. Room temperature good, accepts pets. Breakfast Had waffles, hot coffee, bagels, danish, oatmeal, cereal and fruit..no complaints.
Easy access off I25 and Pueblo. Only issue is no lamps, room is very well lit, but if one person chooses to stay awake and read, it can be irritating to others.
Will not have a problem staying here again.
