Great rest area. We got coffee and an iced cinnamon bun at Paneras bake shop. The young man was very sweet and courteous. I wish I had gotten his name. We were there today, July 19, 2922 mid morning.

This is a wonderful, big rest area.. Was amazed with the maintenance of this place. Clean and neat.
Good place as in one stop for gas, food and some place to rest…. They have nice tables and chair setup for using power source.
Good place with nice staff. Food court has real wonderful options including Panera.
Huge parking lot… extra parking is available after the gas ⛽️ service…
Truck parking is available..
There is a specific area for vehicle maintenance… not really sure on what they offer…

This service plaza has a better selection of food shops. They could use at least one plant based option for fresh unprocessed food. It was clean, well lit, and easily accessable. The only other improvement they could make is a better design for exiting the plaza. Many times I see senior citizens driving in circles trying to figure out how to negotiate a safe passing space amongst the trucks while avoiding the gas service Island.

Everything is clean and most of the people are wearing face masks properly. However, when I got to burger king, none of the employees were wearing their face mask properly so I got disgusted and walked out say that I can't eat here

Ohio turnpike plazas are really nice. Only Burger King was open due to covid, but that was fine. Bathrooms are clean.

Plenty of parking space, very clean, well kept restrooms, lots of eateries, easy in and easy out.
They even have ezpass sold here if anyone is interested.
