In an emergency, they picked up my car and delivered to the shop within two hours of calling, and of course, right on time with their promised-time. Great response time considering the impromptu nature of the issue and the range of their coverage. They were polite and took great care of my ride. No damage even though I don’t even have the tow loop my cars supposed to have for safe towing. Everything was texted and updated regularly to keep me informed. Much appreciated, would use again, I just hope I don’t have to.

They arrived promptly. The man they sent was very polite. He got my car started and followed to ensure I made it safely to the auto store. He also told me that my alternator was fine. I'm so glad he did cause the auto store was rapid to mention I would probably need one. I highly recommend this company!

My car was parked in my driveway with the emergency brake on. I came outside a couple of hours later to find my car had slid down my driveway and hit the retaining wall. I called Millennium Towing because it came up first on google.
I’m so thankful I called Millennium. Anthony came out, arrived in under an hour and was so kind. He told me he was gonna get me taken care of and he did.
He pulled my car out of the driveway without even a scratch to my car. I am so thankful for Anthony and Millennium Towing. AAA wouldn’t come out to help me even though I pay for AAA membership because they suspended house calls for weather issues. But ANTHONY came and did a great job, was kind, quick and competent! Highly recommend Millennium! Thanks Anthony!

I would like to give them a zero star because they did not done there job properly as you can see the picture they towed my truck and took off the shaft but they did not put it back so be careful guys. My whole ubolt become rusty due to their irresponsibility. So when I ask them they told me that that not their job. That’s crazy. Now I have to pay for the Ubolt which become rusty. And millennium charge me $545.74 just for 15 mints drive.

Nice individuals, communicated reasonably, speed was about what you’d expect.
I’d give them 5 stars but they dropped my car off at the wrong location - supposed to go to Discount Tire NOT Tire Discounters.
Possibly still a reasonable mistake except that I gave them the exact address and confirmed multiple times, and then was forced into panic not knowing where my vehicle was. I ended up playing phone tag for half a day, being put on hold for a half hour at a time over and over again. Only to be finally told by the operator that the driver finally admitted “there were a lot of tire places nearby, maybe it was the wrong one”.
They offered to come back and move it for free, but I did it myself since I didn’t want to sit on hold again. Just a lot of headaches were caused due to a careless mistake.

I needed my car towed to a shop due to a dead battery cell. My car (Fiat) needs a flat bed tow truck which Millennium has. Their customer service was fantastic, the price was reasonable and the driver (very professional) showed up half an hour earlier than estimated. Great experience. I'll definitely use them again.

My grandson’s tire blew and it was the day before he was to leave for college. We needed someone to tow his car to a tire shop right away. Millennium Towing told me how much it would cost and the time they would there. They were on time and offered great service for the price. I recommend them and would definitely use them again.
