I have trust issues when it it comes to money especially when you are being payed with a check. I called many places but Modern Day Rec....gave me the best offer for my car. They were on time like and called me to let me know they would be at the location at a certain time. They did their thing and we swapped the tittle for a check. Cashed it same day at TD Bank. If you don't have an account their it's a 10 dollar fee witch I was fine with. They are legit. I will definitely call them and recommend them to family and friends.

Awesome! The prices on scrap cars cannot be beat. They were fast and efficient. Our tow truck driver Michael was so helpful! He kept us updated and aware of the schedule, what was happening, and clearly left things where he said he did.
I'd highly recommend!

Wonderful experience using this business. Had a buyer for my car and 2 days before I move, the deal fell through. So I called Modern Day Recycling and they picked up my car on the same day. The best part was they gave me more money than the buyer who backed out had offered me! Very fair price. Do not hesitate to use this business!

Overall, a very decent experience. A couple days late picking up the vehicle, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience to us, thankfully! (Weekend request.) Everyone I spoke to was super nice. I figured they got behind, so our p/u was delayed a little bit. We also live in a very rural area, so I understand if schedules may not allow for certain timeframes to be honored. They’ve been super accommodating the whole time & I would utilize them again, no doubt! Thank you everyone!!!

This was such an easy junking experience! I went to peddle.com, put in all my car information & they immediately gave me a quote & hooked me up with a Modern Day Recycling. I received a phone call the next day to schedule a pick up & they came with a check in hand. It was so simple, no need to arrange your own tow truck or anything. I’d definitely use this service again, 100%

The person who picked up the car was equally as helpful.

What a quick, easy experience. I was matched with Modern Day through the third party service Peddle, and it was seamless. The very next day, they came and gave me a check with the agreed upon amount, and I simply handed over the keys and title. After driving around the strip of junk yards in Philly, trying to look for a rear bumper for my Nissan, I was recommended to Modern Day Recycling. The hour drive was well worth it. The gentlemen and young lady at this place were immensely polite and helpful to say the least. The lot was very large so there were many options, unlike what I came across in philly. Not to mention I was able to obtain the rear bumper, bracket, absorber/reinforcement all for a decent price. Overall prompt and professional. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future needs! It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them!
