The orientation was satisfactory.Hotel was OK. I had sumptuous meals everyday. Danny knows his onions. We covered every aspect of truck driving.He handled the training well. I look forward to having a good time here.

Was supposed to attend orientation 9/6/22 but had something come up last minute beyond my control Deborah sent me an email letting me know when im ready to start. I will be attending orientation 9/12/22. Terrell is an awesome recruiter answered all my questions and even gave me his cell # for any after hours questions. That is unheard of now day. I been driving 14 years. I prefer to run SE only and be home on weekends they said no problem as its non forced dispatch i can go where i want or not. Weekends home no problem either. I already feel like family and i have not rven gotten to orientation yet but am fully approved with all verifications done. I cant wait ya'll.

I was driving behind one of their trucks in Cincinnati Ohio and their truck was missing a flap that prevents debris from the roadway being thrown at the vehicle behind them and of course their truck through something and busted my windshield I called three times and got no answer and eventually Corey called me back and said it is not their responsibility even though it's a state law that semi trucks are required I have those flaps on the back of the semi trucks so now I'm left with a busted windshield due to their negligence on properly vehicles as they should

Used to be a great company but everyone in the office are rookie college kids with zero experience. Anyone who had experience left . Gotta wonder why. Dispatch is highly confused because of inexperience and the owner cares more about what his help looks like than how competent they are. If you want to work for a run of the mill company have at it. I've been WTH Montgomery 4 yrs an hve been treated great by them . I've had family issues arrive an they have been their every step of the way even when they didn't have to help at all. They treat when I say they I mean office personal an drivers alike r all great people an actually care about the drivers . Like all company's it's got it's u p an downs , I've been trking 35 yrs an by far this is one of the best out fits I've worked for. it's trking u gonna have good days an bad but for the most part if u ain't making money most of the time it's the driver u can't trk an only want to run certain places it's called trking which mean u go everywhere. They keep great equipment an if it broke they do everything they can to get it back up an running so u an the company can mk money.i will recommend Montgomery to anyone that wants a company that actually cares. Thanks again everyone for what u do an how u help much appreciated

Have been working here for a little under a year now and I have yet to have any problems with the company or anyone working here. If problems arise everyone is willing to help or refer you to someone else that can, drivers and staff have been incredibly friendly, equipment and pay are top notch, and I truly feel at home here. Montgomery Transport has exceeded my expectations and I plan on being here for the long haul. Thank you for giving me a place where I feel at home.

I really love working here. Though it's not always the "perfect" job, they are really trying to make it one. They work hard to keep you busy, and happy. They're willing to listen to the drivers, to make things better for them. I've found a home here, and plan on retiring here.
