Very over priced. Unreasonable. Avoid. $90 to put a sheet of 2x2ft plastic over damaged area of car. Another $225 to flatbed my rsx less than a mile. They wouldn't let me take the car that friday because they were "closed" but still had staff there. Hit me with a 2 day storage fee. Spent $450. I came back friday, put a spare tire on and drove the car home. What a rip. Very high prices. Get yourself tripple A service or call a few yards first. Avoid this place. Anyone reading this would be best to take their business elsewhere.

Danny was our guy today. Absolutely amazing. After 2 1/2 hour wait for tow truck they said would be there in 30 (through our insurance company) and never showed up, our insurance company cancelled and requested a new tow. Nick's towing came in about 30 min. Danny was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Even when I was questioning how he was going to tow it without a flatbed, and the 4 of us watching him...ofcourse I apologized to him for us just watching lol...he smiled, laughed and was cool with it all. He was outstanding!!!! Thank you for making a real stressful situation all good. You're the BEST!!!!!

Just got towed by driver Anthony Molnar, great service, was there very quick to pick me up, as soon as Anthony got there he told me to feel free to wait in the truck while he loaded up my Tesla to the flat bed. Very safe driver very knowledgeable on the best route to get me to my destination safely and quickly. Great down to earth conversations felt like I knew him for years. If I could give 100 stars I would. Keep up the good work Nick’s towing and keep good people like Anthony on your team, thank you!

I googled for a car towing company near where I was located, based on ratings Nick’s Towing came up, I called them, they gave me a quote then Courtney from Nick’s came to my aide. My car would not turn on and apparently the alternator has gone bad. I would say the service was professionally done from start to finish, got my vehicle towed away from the hotel to my home, then he parked as I needed it to. And so I highly recommend Nick’s Towing. Not only are they reliable but they are efficient and courteous. Thank you!

Nick's came and picked my car up after a tire blowout. Courtney assessed the situation and decided that he needed to call for a flatbed to pick up my car. Anthony quickly arrived with the flatbed and he gently drove my car up (my car sits very low to the ground) ensuring not to scrap the bumper. Both men were pleasant, courteous and beyond professional. Great service!! I would recommend to anyone in need of a tow. Thank you!

Nick was great! After hours of being on the phone about my warranty , and 3 cancelled dispatched tow trucks, Nick came through a land picked up my car from one dealership and brought it to another. Nick was extremely polite & professional and kept me updated throughout the entire towing. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone who needs a tow. It was a great experience with him and will use him again if needed!! Thank you Nick!

I called my Road side assistance to take my vehicle checked out after giving me some trouble. Nick’s towing service was dispatched to my home address in little time. Nick was very professional and handled my vehicle with lots of care. He then called me to follow up and inform me that my vehicle was in the shop and the keys were handed over to the service guys. Smooth service! Would definitely recommend.

Nicks towing was amazing, reliable and very professional I called them and within a half hour came to my house and had the car on the back of the flat bed within minutes I am very appreciative to have used there services times before this and will continue to call them for my car issues and for them to help me In a way they did. My tow truck guys name was Michael and he did a great job as well as all the rest of the amazing people who work there that helped me thru this rough day that started off with a bang I truly appreciate this company and thank them day in and day out for there hard work and dedication to being tow truck drivers and helping people Like me it’s not an easy job but these guys at nicks towing are the best thank you again

JOSH my tow truck driver turned a horrible situation into into a pleasant one. Kind and courteous from start to finish .waited patiently for AAA to answer and send me my new credentials.highly recommend this company for all your towing and flatbed needs. 😊

Nick's Towing -- especially Courtney Marsh -- saved us from a car calamity. Our Tesla broke down in a parking garage in NYC (super tricky tow -- total electrical failure, stuck under a lift with low clearance), and two separate tow trucks (not Nick's Towing) were unable to get the car out of the garage. Courtney from Nick's Towing came with the best can-do attitude and had the car out within an hour. Even better, when our car had the same problem a couple weeks later, Courtney was there within 45 minutes to save the day yet again. We recommend Nick's to everyone we know. Seriously, if you need a tow, ask for Courtney!

As much as everyone hates getting their car towed, having it closed on the weekends and coming back Monday would have been aggravating. Thanks to Tom, I was able to get my car back the same day with no hassle. He was courteous, friendly and respectful. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

The experience of having your car towed can be very stressful. But do to the service I received at Nick’s 24 hour towing, I am grateful that they were the ones the towed my car. From being received at the front desk, I was met with professionalism by Tommy. He provided a lot of information and was very patient and courteous. Even in my own tears and distress, he continuously made attempts to make me laugh or to at least smile. He even offered me coffee which my nerves really needed at that time. That made me feel comfortable. It also gave me the feeling that this business cares about its customers and their priority is to provide great service. Seeing it from a managerial perspective, they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend it. Thank you Tommy!
