At 2am, it's pretty quiet. Many travellers are resting in their vehicles. State Troopers have patrolled area twice in the last hour. Bathrooms are open and clean. Some vending for snacks and sodas. Overall, it's quiet and appears peaceful and clean.

Very clean and welcoming! Lots of info and magazines about everything you can do in NC. very organized! Clean bathrooms and very polite employees! And tons of drink/food machines!

I stopped went pee, dogs went pee, wife and daughter went pee. Wee got some information on the area and had some lunch in the RV. Place was clean and not to busy at the time. I definitely felt safe leaving my belongings in the car. Gotta hit 250 characters per review to be a master reviewer.

Very beautiful surroundings with covered picnic benches! The bathrooms are clean. There is a wonderful welcome center and places to sit and read all about North Carolina. There were 3 nice people to help answer questions and hand out maps and material. I felt very welcomed to North Carolina!

I've traveled over 100,000 miles in a little over three years between two homes in Florida and North Carolina Carolina but this is the first time stopping in this welcome center. The main lobby area was closed but the whole place was very clean with nothing out of place. The bathroom.... spotless! I don't think I've ever used a public bathroom this clean. I normally wouldn't take a picture of a bathroom fixture but this was pristine. Well done NC Welcome Center staff!
