I brought my truck 🛻 n for service, And waited in the driver’s lounge , Service department don’t keep you updated on the issues of your truck, I noticed they need to brush up on there communication skills when engaging with the customer’, No smiles , or greeting you to feel welcomed but that’s a character issue. At least the mechanic was mature more than the service department. Yes i did get my truck fixed and they replaced both knock censors. And i was out at the end of the day,

I brought my truck here to the Ocala location not knowing what to expect. From the moment I walked into the service department I was greeted with nothing but respect. Jason the service manager was thorough with explaining everything that was wrong with my truck& was nothing short of professional with great service. The mechanics that worked on my truck where diligent in what they did & did a great job with fixing my truck. Everyone I encountered was a pleasure to be around & made me feel confident that I brought my truck to the right place. I want the thank the manager Ronnie & his staff for giving me outstanding service & treating as if I where the most important customer. I recommend to anyone that’s in the Ocala area that has issues with their truck to come to the Freightliner location here. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!

I was travelling from Florida to baton rouge in a 36 foot motor home when the brakes locked up on the motor home. This dealership got me in and got the unit fixed promptly. Poor customer service. I called and twice was told "Just show up and we will work you in!" Twice in two weeks. Got same answer. Got there on a Monday 9:15 am. Was told that want happen this week or maybe not the following week. 🤔 Then WHY tell people that ??

Brought out Freightliner in for shift issues, we are a FedEx team so time is critical!! They got us in and out by Friday which we asked so we would not miss our load, thanks to the entire service team, professional, honest, and good communications and prices very fair. At all costs if you can avoid this place do so!!!!!! It took a week to get shocks and my transmission repaired not to mention extra parts that I didn't need and my dashcams caught and heard the mechanics arguing about what was needed and what wasn't not to mention the smart remarks made by the person test driving my truck and my personal things disorganized in the cab of mt truck!! You got me this time but never again and I will make sure I spread the word about your shop!!!!

I stopped here today to return a core which I paid cash for. They told me they would send a check in the mail because they didn't have enough cash in the drawer. It was only $216. I live in Tennessee and only go home every few months. A dealership that cannot keep a couple hundred dollars in the register must be in very bad shape. I will find somewhere else to get parts.

Had several issues to resolve with our 2020 Freightliner. Everybody involved took great care in making sure I got it all done and in 1 day, even though they were very busy on a Monday. Bob and Michael were great and made me very happy. Was totally worth driving 80 miles out of the way. If you are within 100 miles of Ocala it's worth the drive.
