Irresponsible and unprofessional. Will easily lose a carrier to save a couple $ on a well earned TONU or layover. Not only do they not have afterhours support, but there's no help you can count on during regular business hours either. Steve Gardner apparently went on a week long vacation the moment he clicked *send* on a load, leaving no one in charge. What we have to show for working with them is a damaged trailer and a day wasted, and looking at all the reviews, seems we should have expected exactly that.

Avoid doing buisness with those guys, very rude and unproffesional, we took the load and our truck was at the shipper, and it turned out that the load is gone...Of course that they didn't pay for TONU...

Worst experience. Broker lied about 1pm pick which turned out 6-7pm Wasted logbook Night driving Cause because of these kind brokers there accident cause drivers require to deliver early in the morning

We booked a legal rgn load with Andrea . The only thing she asked when booking was my trailer type and no other details. I called the shipper the night before loading to get details on the load to insure it would fit legally and the shipper insisted that the load would work on my trailer. When we arrived for loading in the morning the bumper to the Mack truck did not clear the rear deck on my trailer so we would not scale the load. I messaged Andrea about it and asked her to call me. She simply responded that my truck was not the 29 ft well she requested ( which she never did). I called her again a week later to speak about a TONU and she got really aggressive with me. not happy with the way this load was handled

This brokerage company does not honor the load confirmation rate. Tim Leto the broker sort cut 200$ for a partially load that initially supposed to be one piece . for the second extra piece he promised he would pay $200, which it didn’t happen, even though I received the rate confirmation revised. Not to mention that my dispatcher was coursed and harassed by this individual when he asked for extra money. This abusive conduct it will be reported to other websites to aware others to be careful about these Brokers!

This broker offers to haul 48 000lb of freight 1448 miles for 1800. Highly dont recommend them under any circumstances. Lets sink them.

ALP for ONLINE FREIGHT SERVICES, INC.
Broker did not pay TONU. The load weight supposed to be 43,000 lbs per rate confirmation, shipper loaded 45,320 lbs, overweight by 320 lbs, they would not cut the product. Jennifer, broker for Online Freight said to drive illegal or customer is going to take full load back, and will not pay TONU so we took the load to shipper.
