They have showers, nice lounge, coffee. Straight up about labor and parts. The only hold up is ordering..which is nationwide.

This place is five stars all the way! They have a nice lounge, they allow you to take showers and they provide free coffee! Excellent customer service, I mean excellent!

I have been to this facility over 20 times this year alone... They will over charge for parts, and document services they never completed. I am upset now because I had an option to take my truck to the Jacksonville, Fl location in which ive never used hoping I would get better service. I know these to be facts because I had my truck checked by mechanics on three separate occasion just to verify what I thought was happening. The last time it happened I told the Director and he went inside the shop and lit fire to the service guys and I know this to be true because I could tell when I went back...the next time because they had password locked the computer module where they were the only ones who could get into my ECM (guess they were showing me that I would have to come back). So now im back, and ive made a phone call to the Director to explain that 2 days has turned into two weeks. They lied to get the job but didnt know it was a warranty claim, so know im assuming they trying to find a way to get some more money out of my pocket. I am so tired of these unethical practices from PETERBILT in JACKSON, GA

The service team was Quick, Fast and Friendly. Always kept it real on the timing and what's going on with repair, this is the best Peterbilt station in the country! The service guy (CHRIS) was honest and very helpful, even went overboard to help, you guys are truly the best of the best!!! And should have been first is to the Mechanics that worked on my tru k, you guys are in a lane of your own, nothing but the best, THANKS!!!

Recently took my 2013 Peterbulit to Jackson needing a major repair almost 17k. The service department at Jackson was nothing short of being AMAZING everyone I spoke with from beginning to the end. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and most of all showed compassion for my situation. They have definitely won Anointed Transport LLC business. When I pulled my truck in they wasted no time getting to the problem, ordering parts and getting the job done as promised. Thank you for your amazing service!!!

Took the truck in on Wednesday around 1700, but they were backed up and couldn't look at it until Thursday morning. Ordered and replaced the bad sensor, and had me rolling at 1500 Friday. I've had much worse experiences. The only real downside is the nearest hotel being 12 miles away. Peterbilt really needs to drop that 2 hour guarantee garbage they try to push. I've never hit a Pete shop and had service that fast. Even in my old KW before COVID. Whoever started that garbage needs to be canned. It's just insulting.

One of the nicer dealerships I've been to. They have a nice lounge and quite area. They even have a nice shower and a room with beds if you want to lay down. There's also plenty of food nearby.
