Have been sitting here for over 3.5 hours and no one has bothered to look at my truck to see what's going on with it. When I arrived I let them know that I was on the clock and still had a load that needed to be delivered so if they couldn't get me in let me know up front. Waited for roadside assistance for two hours only for him to tell me that there's nothing he could do for me, I had to bring my truck to the shop. Now after waiting for over 3.5 hours, they tell me that I will have to wait until the next shift gets in. This has been a day of wasting my time but I guess it's ok with them cause it's my time and not theirs!! Would NOT recommend them unless you don't mind wasting your whole day. If the wheels aren't turnin' then you aren't earnin'. Didn't earn a dang-on dime today!!!

They advertised Rapid Check service. I called to verify that they can honor this service and was told of course. I was not expecting them to fix it in two hours but check and advise. After checking in I started the clock, and I understand that things come up, after 4 hours and 28 minutes I told them I had to leave. Just needed someone to hook up a computer to my truck and read a code and advise me what it was. Yes I explained that to them when I checked in. Not a way to win repeat business.

Good selection of parts seemingly understaffed in parts retrieval. Parking lot / pickup area is a #$# MESS due to construction and a lot of vehicles that have taken up spots since the :^_;#@ Carter administration
