Horrible customer service from parts counter employee (hector) had parts lined up from our business sales rep and was refused them by hector for not having a PO and had to have the sales rep call in on his day off to get them to release the parts to me, instantly had an attitude with me and after i asked what his problem was he just continued to argue with me and my boss who was on the phone. I had to switch to another employee after not being helped by hector and continued to be harassed by hector who told me "next time i come in do not go to his counter for help". The other parts employee had great customer service and was extremely helpfull (long beard in a pony tail)(beard tail) wish you had more employees like him and less like hector

Where do I even start. I felt like I was an inconvenience coming into this establishment. I had a part that was ready for pick up and I go to parts, no body there. Went and found an employee and he said “you’ll have to wait like everyone else” at the time there wasn’t any other customers there. He went back into an office with a few other employees and I heard hooping and laughter with that employee still looking at me. Long story short, an employee came out of that huddle asked how I can be helped, explained to him why I was here and he said ok and walked off back to the office. Took about an hour and a half to get my part and they tried to sell it for almost double what was told to me over the phone because of “back orders”. Terrible business practice. I will not be coming back and I’ve been getting parts and service from here for a while now…

Horrible business! I had our truck towed in and they must have figured I wasn’t able to refuse what ever repair they came up with. I already knew that the truck had a bad turbo actuator but when they did their diagnostics they told me their mechanic scanned it, then took the actuator off of the turbo and found that the sector shaft was stuck on the turbo and the turbo was bad. They wanted almost $10,000 to fix the actuator and replace the turbo. They also said that the turbo was on factory back order and that it could be several months to get it in. I refused the repairs and paid almost $500 for diagnostics only. Then I had to pay another $500 to have it towed to another shop and found out that they hadn’t even taken the actuator off of the turbo and that it had never been touched. The new shop took the actuator off and said the turbo was fine and replaced the actuator and the problem was fixed. Not only would’ve we had to pay an extra $5000 for a part that wasn’t bad that they blatantly lied about but it would’ve been sitting there for who knows how many months waiting for the part that wasn’t even bad. That’s robbery and completely fraudulent. If you want a honest and reliable repair done take it anywhere but here. No one that relies on there truck for their livelihood should take their truck here unless you want to lose big.

Andrew was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us navigate the warranty paperwork. Rush kept us informed of the status of the repair which helped eliminate some of the stress around having to repair our RV. Thanks to everyone there.

Good luck getting through to anyone in their parts department. As a fleet manager, I call and order parts quite a bit through different vendors and in different parts of the valley but this place is the one I loathe calling. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 20 minutes just for someone to answer the phone..usually to be told they don't stock said parts. Sad.

System down (for a day and a half, I was told), long wait list, no trailer access...not impressed. If you're going to charge those kind of rates, you may want to work on some of those things listed above.

Worked with Rocky for an out of state friend wanting to buy 2 beverage trucks. Great guy to deal with, really knows his stuff and great tk work with all around.

What a great group of guys! They were able to diagnose and repair my AC after hours. After calling several shops in the area I’m glad I went and had Andy There at Rush service work on my truck.

A decent place to get your truck worked on, but you can't get in the yard with a trailer, you have to drop it down the street and hope it doesn't get stolen. Lol. Just be careful where you drop. Not sure how this happened with this JB Hunt truck. The top and side fairings are ripped off and you can even see his serpentine belt on the ground.
