Small place. Called for an a/c condenser, they had it in stock. They failed to mention that it was an aftermarket part that required some tweaking to get it installed. In the end, it all worked out. A+ parts service

Aweful. Was told it would take 1.5 weeks to get to my truck. Took them 4 weeks just to tell me what they thought it was. Phone calls were useless ways of communication as everyone that answered had no real answer for anything.

Had a check engine light on. Within minutes on a cold and icy morning they checked the codes and pointed me in the right direction!!! As expected, I had fuel pressure issues related to the fuel filters. They were really backed up, and it would have been a day or so before they could get me into actually just simply change filters. So they suggested I head over to another location who could get me in within a few minutes, and get me back on the road. Great people dedicated to customer service.

Had warranty work done by them on an engine and they overcharged where these charges should be covered underneath the warranty and did not share the price on the cost until I got arrived at the dealership failed to email the actual bill over. Absolutely terrible communications.

They don't start to unload trucks until 10am. When they start you are out by 10:15 or 10:30am. Very fast.

Very Impressed....I only gave them 5 stars because they didn't have 10! I deal with these guys all the time. with having a fleet of 75 trucks these guys keep me running. Its always easy to talk to JD and the guys. The parts dept. is out of this world, they will bend over backwards to help me with anything i ask. They always have the lowest prices, when they say "ONE STOP SHOP" this place is it. Matt and Mike are always helpful and always its a pleasure talking to them.Bottom line......these people are the real deal. I RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO EVERYONE.... BIG OR SMALL
