By far the nicest most well setup of any Pilot I've ever been to!

The shower do not have no soap and there were no towels when I went in there but that was okay I brought my own soap and towel anyway but the cashier's was really nice

There is a group of guys that work very well with one another and seem to always help one another get the job done. Nice, polite, courteous, respectful, hardworking employees. They will get you in and out. However, there in a very tall gentleman that I have only seen there once that works there, he seems to be always up at the travel center and not working at the truck care. I think he is the manager.

Brought my truck in to be looked at. While the techs are working I came across the reviews about this place and lord behold sean is working. I’m confused because he is very polite and professional. He told me what’s wrong. How much to fix I. Even showed me why it’s wrong. He said I will need tires in the future but sold me the 1 bad one I needed. I think a lot of people bad mouth him and he is doing his job. I can’t say enough thanks for them.

I am a small business owner. I only have 4 trucks, but I keep them well maintained. I have been coming to this pilot truckcare since they opened this one in Rhome, Tx in 2018 i believe. I tried to use this truck care services. The man who came outside to help me his name was Sean. I was standing outside the shop for 5 minutes or more, no one was in shop with bay doors open. I knocked on office door. No one came to the door. It was around 5pm 1 week ago. I went into the pfj store and no one was in there that worked at the truck care. I went back out to my truck and sat there and waited for someone to come out of the truckcare. I walked over to Sean the man whom walked out of the office door and I asked for a used tire. He told me if I wasn't going to buy 4 brand new tires, I wasn't going to get a used tire. He said he inspected my tires and 4 tires needed to be replaced. I said no I only want a used tire. He refused to sell me one. I went to Loves and they had no problem selling me a used tire. They checked my other tires and said they were fine they didnt need to be replaced. From what I have heard from a number of fellow drivers, that Sean guy turns down work cause he doesnt want the truckcare making money. I also heard that forcing people to buy more than what they actually need is the only way he can make money and not give credit to someone else. A different time I heard him talking to a bearded man that works there. He told that man that he is already looking for another job. Sean said soon it will just be you three here cause I will be gone to a better pilot in San Antonio. Apparently customer service is not Sean's best quality. Selling the customer what he needs is also not something he will do. I'm guessing it's only over selling and running customers off the property so they dont use pilot no more is his best quality. I will never use another pilot company again. I use to like going to the Rhome, Tx Pilot Truckcare. They had good people that always did what was best for the customer. Of course this was in 2019 when i liked going there. Now it's just them sitting on there butts turning customers away. Hello TA and LOVES. HERE I COME.

Nice truck stop. Clean shower. Food and cofee was good. I agree my words after one year. Nice friendly people.

Nice people, clean establishment, BUTTTTT..... There's a incredible loud train horn, that blows continuously as it passes (slowly), every couple hours. Felt like I was in a scene from "My cousin Vinny". You will wake up.
