First I would like to say Kwana and Kenisha did excellent job with customer service. I’ve never received the customer service from those two any where else. They were very helpful and kept my spirits up, the state trooper had just pulled me over for my lights. They kept smiling and feeling good. I hope and pray to see them again if and when I’m traveling through again. Overall my experience was a 10. Even the dang restrooms smelled good, and the diesel island was clean!

We WILL NOT be stopping at this pilot again! We wasted over an hour trying to fuel our F250 truck (pulling a trailer) up with rejects leaving their vehicles and going inside to shop, only to FINALLY, (after about 20 minutes!) pull up to get fuel to then find out the diesel pump didn't work, so we had to go around to the truck area to get our fuel. We try not to go in that area if we don't have to. We have a 45' motorhome and know what it's like to sit in the trucking area waiting on someone who could have possibly fueled up on the other side. This Pilot SERIOUSLY needs to do some expanding and putting in more parking for people who need to shop, instead of get fuel! I know we wasn't the only ones waiting for these tards to move their vehicles either. The place was packed and waiting! On the plus side, the bathrooms were clean. 09/05/2020

Beware of the Pilot in Bowman. I had 3 $151 holds placed on my debit card when paying at the pump. What happens to those who DO NOT have that kind of money to be tied up?!?! There is NOT any advertisement of such a hold, at the pump or inside the store, let alone for it to take place 3 times. Zach the Manager also confirmed they do not advertise this. All you do is get referred to a guest service line that nobody answers. Seems to be a sketchy and illegal to do this. Maybe an attorney can help me get answers on why they feel they can do this. I would he curious to know how many people this happens to or if I was just the lucky one?!?!

The Pilot Travel Center in Bowman is one of my favorite places to stop for gas and snacks on Interstate 26 between Charleston and Columbia. It is super easy to get to from the interstate and get what you need and be back on the interstate in little time. This place is clean and well maintained on a consistent basis and seems to have really good gas prices.
