Why would a truck stop allow drivers to block fuel lanes when others need to fuel....... the excuse we got from the manager who rudly said it was ... there at wendys waiting for there food.... theres a pull up line for a reason to clear the pump lane......

Pumps are programmed wrong. I had to fuel truck then pull forward for reefer fuel then back up to get DEF. Female manager in store is a real witch. Then to top it off she refused to give me my points. I guess guess she like to steal from hard working drivers or is it because she is intimated by female drivers.

This is the first Loves I've ever been to where they fill up your propane when 30° weather and then you have to get out and load it up when they are literally right there next to you I can't believe it. I even backed up right next to it so he could just put them right in the bag but instead he just gave me my ticket and ran away as fast as he could. That may seem pretty but I'm not dressed properly and happened to run out of propane in the middle of the night. It would have been at least he could do an excellent customer service to just load them up for me.

One of the most helpful pilots ever .. ran out of fuel 30 feet from pump and the night time manager (Sarah) was a tremendous help getting my rig started and to the pump ... I'll never forget this pilot... thankyou

Two bucks for a pint of milk? No wonder there are no prices posted for it. I noped out of there and went to Loves. Not that the price for milk is any better, but at least they still offer drink credits.

Pros: fair price for gas, better coffee than McDonald's. Cons: gas pump wouldn't print receipt, my husband had to help a man in a wheelchair to use a non-handicap stall because the handicap one was locked from the inside.

Woke up at 4am. Checked the pressure in my tires. Got locked out of my Peterbuilt. A wonderful employee named Sarah loaned me her phone to call my company then bought me a pack of cigarettes. Had a great conversation while i waited for my mechanic. The world needs more people like her. Pilot is lucky to ti have her there. She needs to be paid more!!!!
