Nasty Parking lot truck stop award goes too this location. Box’s everywhere on the inside can’t even walk without bumping into something. Horrible water draining system. Only good thing was the parking lot size.

The worst messiest Pilot I've seen in a while. Water around toilets with fuzz growing out of it. No way your pant-legs will escape dry.
Out of coffee beans for iced coffee. No pre-mixed. No chilled non-dairy creamer.
No other state I visit is having such problems keeping stocked. Not even Missouri, who were notoriously slow starting-up after the Covid-fear pandemic

Pilot Flying J travel centers are a travelers fiend. So many options of food, beverages and travel needs. The service experience varies by location due to the human factor. But the higher standards can be seen at almost every location.
Not Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, but the coffee options are a few steps above competing travel centers.
Professional drivers also find the most common travel needs with clean showers and everyday driver needs.

Multiple pumps broke. Poor customer service when asked about it, too find out which pump works, real attitude. This place really could use some good employees. I have been here before and it appears to be just getting worse instead of better. I recommend avoiding this one anymore.

Easy pumps to get in and out of. Especially if you’re pulling a trailer or camper. Only a few diesel pumps in the front part of the gas station. Sometimes difficult to get to or wait for. Great food and beverage choices. They always have hot, fresh food ready to go up front. This location also has a Wendy’s. Bathrooms and showers are always clean.

Parking lot poorly laid out with tight parking in areas and trucks parking outside of spots. Not enough room for approach to fuel island so traffic gets jammed up onto the street. Employees do not enforce proper parking. I was parked in a legal spot and when I woke up I was blocked in by some person who was inside the store and staff refused to make an announcement. Store has very poor merchandise selection for a store this size. 4:40 am and waited over 30 minutes for a shower to be cleaned while several showers were empty but the store was too understaffed to have someone clean one. Several drivers in line behind me by the time I got into a shower. The "premium" wifi doesn't work beyond 20 feet past the building so good luck if you want internet you better bring your own. "Laundry area" has 2 washers and 2 dryers and one washer is out of order. This place needs a big makeover. Avoid this dump.
