Homer for Pilot Travel Center
My fiancé and I we’re overcharged on our account while getting gas. Had to run my card twice and after checking my bank account I realized I was also charged twice for one tank of gas. Desiree and Justin Clark were dismissive and extremely rude while trying to inquire about the additional charges. We had to call their billing department because of the uselessness of Desiree and Justin and after speaking to Patrick (who was very helpful) we were able to fix the problem. They didn’t even give us the correct records of the payment and will be filing a formal grievance against them both; however we appreciated Patrick for being very helpful.

Justin was GREAT. !! Hailey had attitude and probably shouldn't be in customer service unless she can be 100 percent customer friendly By 715 pm all soup tins/ buckets were empty. It is apparent more help is needed for this busy location at least in the evening. The next morning 3 employees stood over by cash registers talking about a new LOVES ❤ truck stop being built up the road while a single blonde girl was left to serve and ring up a whole line of people in the hot food area....I felt very sorry for her. Good shower and laundry facilities, as well as parking. Meatloaf dinner...way too expensive for what you get and not even a roll with butter....will not purchase that ever again.

The Gas Man for Pilot Travel Center
Not a bad stop that was a new location for me. One complaint I have was that there was no hot water in the men's room, coffee machine that obviously not being restocked with beans. Unusual for a pilot travel center the coffee area was desperately in need of cleaning as well. I would consider these short term problems that can be easily remedied and would not prevent me from using this location again.

MC Davis for Pilot Travel Center
First time here. The place is very well lit the bathrooms were clean. Over by the soda machine in the floor has little sticky but someone came to clean that up. They have self-checkout machines so that you don't have to wait in line. They have food like chicken and Pizza but they also have a Subway. There was also a Cinnabon. Friendly staff great coffee good food. They have a Subway and a Cinnabon, both are pretty good in my opinion. Clean building, restrooms and showers. Plenty of overnight semi truck parking, paid and free. Easy to get a spot. They do sell beer at this location. Be well and drive safe!
